Ukiah optical is a great competitor to online optical companies. They do a great job on price which is a plus. They run great specials and have an amazing selection, plus they can special order. The service is great as it's a human instead of typing on a keyboard. This is a throwback to the old community store, give them a shot to earn your business, you won't be sorry.

I was visiting in the area from out of state and lost a contact. Since I was currently wearing trials that I had just gotten like 2 weeks prior in my own state I didn't have any extras with me. I reached out to Ukiah Optical and they got me into a new pair of trial contacts that would hold me over till I got home. They were so kind and they were not concerned about me not being a current client. They were fine with getting my prescription via word of mouth or photograph through my phone as I had received my prescription emailed to me. They didn't require any official form, or fax, making me play a waiting game between offices. I walked in and out in less than 10 minutes and was able to go about the business I was in town to do. I would 100% recommend them as they were so easy to deal with, they were considerate of my situation, and they were all around a pleasure to deal with. If I lived here I would be going to them for all my optical needs! Also they were considerably more helpful than other places I had tried to contact for help. They even through in some free contact solution with a case.

I had broke the arms off my glasses... and I was able to purchase a cute decent frames and they right then and there shaved the lens down to fit...! Thank you so very much!!! I will definitely be back for my next pair!

Frank and Trina were the sweetest most professional optical care team I have honestly encountered. They really helped me out with fixing up my glasses. They seemed very knowledgeable in what they do. I would highly suggest this clinic it is very clean and they had some really cute frames. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for all the help!

Great customer service!! And they knew exactly what kind of frames to show us based on our explanation. And they had everything in stock and we were out the door in 35 minutes with two new pairs of glasses and cases. We'll go there again for sunglasses!
