I felt the staff was very nice. I was not happy and am not happy with quality of the frames they use with their lenses, i am constantly having my lenses fall out of the frames, and I have to get out my jewelers, screwdrivers, and reset them and tighten them back up. I have purchased in the past walmart reading glasses that I had not even close to the problems I have with these. I will not spend three hundred dollars on junk ever again.

The front staff is friendly but my visit with the optometrist kept me from going back. The optometrist did not make eye contact during our conversation and looked away. I was not aware if the optometrist had any health conditions from making eye contact but I like having a personable provider that show empathy. If you don't mind and want to get in and out, this is the place for you. Eyeglass selections are limited as well.
