cheaper glasses because it's much cheaper quality. final sale so if you're not happy you can't do anything about it. gave me both pairs askew when I picked them up and I tried to work with them to tighten and loosen but they did a very poor job. this is not worth it in any way.

1 1/2 minute read: Since being a COSTCO member, we've had our eyes checked (at COSTCO) in Garden Grove, Burbank, Van Nuys, and found their service first rate. Once there, you do need to pull a number for service. This past Thursday, October 20, 2022, We went (Van Nuys) and had our eyes checked. We decided to get two pairs (each). The Staff helping us did a gr87 job of: suggesting, answering questions and making us feel comfortable. Little Lucy (eye tech), made sure I had the right frames that fit me. Sasha, one of the other eye techs, tended to my wife's prescription. Both Lucy and Sasha were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and did a fantastic job taking care of us. When Lucy and Sasha finished filling out our prescriptions, Christina another eye tech, was asked to check and double check our prescriptions' paperwork. And that's good because it insures all is OK. If you need glasses or Contact Lenses, go see these three Eye Techs at Costco, Van Nuys. Thanks.

We were there for an exchange, Brooke the department manager as always was very welcoming and she took a great care of us. Also I'd like to thank Sasha, at the sunglasses section for taking her time to provide feedback about the sunglasses

The worst of all the Costco Branches unfortunately. Service is terrible no matter what time of day. They dont really honor the number system and serve whoever they like and avoid who ever they dont like its seems. They messed up two the three prescription glasses order and cannot be bothered to check/test or offer an amicable solution. Instead, they point to the Doctor for getting a new prescription and telling me all sales are final. Without the right service we all come to love from Costco, they're just another brand. So dont forget there are a lot of other brands out there to choose from.

Ordered 2 pairs and one of them they messed up my order and the lady was rude and impatient on the phone

Good pricing with Costco deals. The staff is helpful. The place can get busy, especially on weekends. Much less wait on weekdays and evenings.

Lizeth helped me choose the right size for my glasses and explained the difference between the type of lenses and frames I wanted. Very professional and friendly.

Krystal took half an hour with a customer at the pick-up station. They chatted as I waited in line. When it was finally my turn, I went to the register and she ignored me for another two minutes before asking "Did you need help with pick-up or something?" Excuse me? I've been standing there for over half an hour, waiting for her chit chat do be finished, visibly annoyed, finally at the register waiting for her to acknowledge me, and she still asks if I need help? Afterwards, she asks me to wait as she looks up and dials her previous customer because she had left her membership card. After waiting another five minutes, she gives me my glasses. Her previous customer then comes back and starts chatting with her again and asks her to do adjustments to her glasses. She tells me to try my glasses on while she helps her previous client with adjustments. So I'm standing there AGAIN waiting for her to finish up with this customer that she already took half an hour with. After more chit chat with her previous customer, I started grabbing my things to go. That's when Krystal hurried up with her customer and sent her off and returned to me. This whole visit took about 45 minutes with just one lady in front of me!!! And all I did was pick up one pair of glasses. It should not need to take this long
