Michael Khoury O.D. Inc

I saw Dr. Khoury today and had a great experience. I was nervous because of some negative reviews on here, but my experience was excellent. He gave me the proper prescription, spent a lot of time with me, helped me figure out contact brands and readers, etc. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend Dr. Khoury.

5 stars to Doctor minus 2 stars for the receptionist. The lady with Pink dyed hair is so rude. She has skipped my queue for more than 5 people even though I have an appointment. After been sitting 50 minutes, I asked what happened. She wasn't apologized and not even check the que. She YELLED at me said that because I was late. Yes I was late 5 minutes but it doesn't mean I have to wait 50 minutes. I saw another person also came late (after me) but he was assigned to the doctor not too long. This lady really has a bad attitude. Stay away from this lady.

Michael Khoury, OD is an amazing optometrist! Dr. Khoury has been my father's (Douglas) optometrist for quite some time and always goes above and beyond. He is compassionate, understanding, thorough, and takes his time to ensure all concerns are addressed.

I didn't go here because of the receptionist named Lissette . I called the day before around the time they were closing, I loved the person I spoke with, the prices were very reasonable, and then my phone died. I called the next day and Lissette was all bad. My first call I was placed on hold for two minutes before I hung up and called back. The second call, she answered, was condescending, and had an attitude. She didn't know the answers to my questions so I had to ask for the doctor. After more attitude, she finally put the doctor on the phone at that point, I let them know they lost business because of her unprofessional and rude behavior.

I saw Dr. Ted Nishimura during my annual visit. He was professional, asked questions, and explained things to me thoroughly. I would highly recommend.

Terrible. Both my friend and I got the wrong prescription from Khoury. We went in and got rechecked by Khoury and he said his original prescription was right and then we went to two different ophthalmologists and our prescriptions from Khoury were way off. I am shocked he was so off and so was my ophthalmologist.

After 2 visits in a year, I've experienced excellent service, expertise, and results from the team at this Vision Center location. Highly recommend!
