Valley Optometric Associates, VOA

I went to this medical facility. I needed glasses and contact lenses. I'd never worn contacts before. The doctor explained everything and showed me everything. Then I put the lenses in and took them out myself in front of the doctor. Thank you to the doctor, he's very patient.

Both the front desk ladies & the doctor here are amazing. I've never met nicer people in a doctors office. I was looking for a place to walk in, and they fit me in after morning appointments, made the process as smooth as possible, educated me on everything I need to do and know for self management of my health. Answered every single question I needed! Very personable staff and offered me plenty of options for my pricing needs. Highly highly recommend this center!!!

I never knew about them and my 5 year old got seen amazing staff and amazing eye doctor if i can give more than 5 stars i would :)

Doctors are nice , but the old lady that works in the front services desk is so rude, only because I didn't want to add more to my glasses,never coming back

Even with insurance, this place gets pricey real fast, but it's mostly worth it because of the great doctors here, services rendered, and the customer service. I 100 percent recommend them for check-ups or other important eye exams. If no insurance, I recommend buying glasses elsewhere though (but that's the case with most eye doctor's offices and not just this one). Frankly, I enjoyed my experience here and I bet you will too.

I'm not going to lie. I was super irritated from having to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes after my appointment time to see the optometrist. I even showed up 10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork since I am a new patient. The idea of writing a really bad review went through my head as I watched the clock ticked by. All this changed when I saw the optometrist, Julie Kim. She was very friendly and personable. There were other patients waiting in the lobby but I didn't feel rushed at all. She took the time to get my history and asked what I was comfortable with. She was very thorough with her exam and was communicative of what she was doing. I left very happy with my exam. The staff did apologize for the wait. They said they had a patient who ran very late and caused my appointment to get pushed back. I am always in a rush and I had to go on a work day so I needed to leave. Hopefully next time won't be this bad. The cost of the contact lenses fitting is very reasonable. I only paid $51 in addition to what my insurance, VSP, covers and there was no co-pay for the exam itself. In the past, other optometrists always insist I come back for a follow up exam to see how the contact lenses fit even when it's the same prescription as before and charge me again for the visit. I am not required to do that here, which is awesome. If I'm still in the area, I will be back next year to see her again.

Quick, easy, open Saturday, I don't think I've ever been in the office over an hour. This is way better than Costco in my opinion

Can't be a nicer office than this one. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend.
