I was very impressed with this location in how the staff assisted me. Experienced terrible service with another local America's Best. I was on my 3rd contact lenses tutorial and was impressed by the staff's patience and caring service towards me from the moment I made the phone call to walking into the store. I want to highlight Logen who was extremely patient and understanding in assisting me with my contact lenses. I will be returning to this store. all around. Giselle was amazing in teaching me all the little tricks to make it easier to get my contacts lens' in and out ! Very patient and encouraging which really helped push thru the weird sensation of touching my eyeballs.

Maria at americas best contacts helped me get my new glasses thru the warranty since I had stepped and broke on my old ones. She also fixed them enough so I could keep wearing them while waiting on the other ones to arrive.

This is a wonderful location to find friendly, helpful eye-wear professionals. We recently had to get glasses and contacts for three members of our family and made several trips to this location as a result. Over the past two years, we have had to shop online for our glasses and contacts and found that America's Best constantly came through as the best-priced option for both contacts and eyeglasses. We were especially impressed with the wonderful attitude and customer service of a lady named Giselle. She is a wonderful, friendly, very bright representative of the company who goes out of her way to help others. Not only is she super helpful, but she is bi-lingual, courteous, caring and goes the extra mile to find the best price and proper fit during all of our visits there.

Maria is amazing!!! With the costs, I was going to leave and wait for another day since it was December 23rd, but she made a payment plan for me and it made my holiday! I can have a glasses and a merry Christmas! Thank you, Maria!
