I had a fantastic first visit with Dr. Michel this afternoon. My previous Doctor was pretty great, but their practice stopped taking my insurance, so I began my search for a new provider. I probably spend too much time in Costco anyways, and decided to check out the optometry practice inside the Vista location...and I am so glad I did. The support staff was just so welcoming and kind, I decided to give them a try. Needless to say, I think I have found my new eye doctor! Dr. Michel is so professional and knowledgeable. She easily answered all of my crazy "But Doc, I turned 50 not too long ago, what does this mean" type questions, and did it in such a way that made the whole process so easy and interesting. I couldn't be happier- thank you again Dr. Michel and the rest of the team!

Dr. Sharon Leong is probably the most knowledgeable and thorough eye doctor I have ever seen! Super gentle, kind and efficient! She explained everything thoroughly and gave me the best advice on my dry eye that I have ever had from any other provider! I really enjoyed talking to her! She's a cutie pie in personality and professionalism! The front gal was also super sweet and kind, along with the gals that did my retinal scan and intake paperwork! Sorry girls, didn't catch your names. The office is efficient, and you can shop at Costco and get a cheap piece of pizza or hot dog after your appointment! Lol! Thanks! I will return and recommend highly! I am excited; I have a new eye doctor, Dr. Leong!

My recent eye examination with Dr. Michel exceeded all my expectations. She was very thorough, calming and took her time as to answer all my questions and concerns. She took a picture behind my eyes (Digital Retinal Imaging) to make sure I did not have other health issues. She did a great job of explaining the results and what she was looking for on the pictures. My regular exam revealed I had a minor stigmatism that did not require glasses but I asked for a prescription so that I can see signs clearer at night when driving. Dr. Michel has her practice inside the Vista Costco. This was very convenient because I was able to order glasses from the Costco Vision Center right after my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Michel. She is nearly 50 miles from my house and I will pass hundreds of other optometrist to see her. Outstanding visit to an outstanding eye doctor.

I have to say the Dr Kimberly Michael is one of the nicest, sweetest and professional doctors I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She explained my eye exam thoroughly and I cannot say enough how pleasurable my appointment was... I would highly recommend her to anyone. Costco has a very Valuable Asset with Dr Kimberly Michael.

Kimberly Michel O.D. is very thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. I've been very happy having her close by at Costco Vista, CA Optical Center. Her prescriptions for glasses and contacts are exceedingly accurate. She's also a super nice person.

I really enjoyed coming in for my optometrist appointment, they made it easy and affordable for me to renew my prescription and get contacts. Kimberly was super sweet and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. Also the assistant Clare is super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Thank you for the great experience.
