I had a contact lens exam this morning that went well. The woman working the front desk when I arrived was EXTREMELY nice and very helpful.
I have a feeling that people who claim to have had bad experiences probably didn't exactly come in with a nice attitude to begin with and weren't going to be happy no matter what.
I feel like I got good advice with no BS and no one tried up-selling me anything. A no-pressure visit to the eye doctor and an easy process of picking out new frames is always a good thing.

Let me start off by saying this place is SO nice. Dr. D and his staff were so welcoming and just created such a memorable experience for me that I went and told everyone to go there to support this office. Dr. D explained everything to me so clear while doing my exam. The lady with the short hair who helped me find my glasses was the sweetest and she knows how to pick a good pair of glasses! I never felt like they were being shady with pricing and they totally worked around my budget. Front desk staff were also just very sweet. Overall 10/10 experience and I will tell everyone to go here!!!!! Thank you Dr. D and the amazing staff.

I have very specific needs. I had particular requirements for my frames and lenses. Ciria went above and beyond to find me just the right frames. The frame I needed was not in stock. Ciria special-ordered a sample and spent the time making sure the frame fit my requirements. She showed me that my existing bifocals had the transition incorrectly lined up, and assured me my new lenses would be correct. She spent the extra time getting it right. When my new glasses arrived, I was delighted. The fit, look, and performance were perfect. Like I said, I have specific needs and Ciria took the time to fulfill my request. Could not be happier with the results. I, as well as my husband, will definitely be back.

The optometrist himself seems quite competent and nice. I can't say the same thing about the woman who fitted me with the glasses. She told me that the lenses had a two year warranty, but when I brought the glasses in a year and a half later I was told that the warranty was only good for one year. The two year warranty was a selling point for me. Guess I'm stuck with the replacement cost. She also talked quite a bit about being on some sort of religious mission out of country, and about evil/demons. Very uncomfortable and weird.

Dr. Demlinger and his staff are amazing -- I have been using their services for eye care for over 10 years, and every experience has been very positive. The doctor is thorough, patient, articulate, and has equipment that makes the whole testing experience as comfortable as possible. The frame selection is excellent, the staff welcoming and attentive -- even remembering little details about prior frames and personal preferences of the patients. I've been willing to drive 55 miles each way to use their services!

I'm very happy to have found this place a couple years ago. Dr. Demlinger and the team are very friendly and do a great job of answering whatever questions I happen to have, whether they be about frames or how eyes work.
I've had experiences in the past where the prescription I received has just felt ~wrong~ to my eyes, but that hasn't happened here; Dr. Demlinger is very receptive to any voiced concerns, and works with you to ensure your lenses won't cause discomfort based on your lifestyle.
When shopping for frames I was helped by Ciria, who was very patient with me (I took my sweet time) and fun to talk to.
