Worst customer service!!!! I have been coming to this doctor off for years, and my whole family comes to this office. Today, I brought my mom here after seeing an ophthalmologist because she has has diabetes and needs new glasses. I brought her here and only wanted to pick a glasses and the Russian lady at the counter with redish brown hair who is always at the counter, I guess she didn't like that we were only getting glasses and not needing to have my mom's eyes checked. She said we need to schedule an appointment for her to pick her glasses, while mind, you people in the office are JUST SITTING AROUND, NOT DOING ANYTHING. That's fine. I told her how soon can we get her an appointment to select her glasses? I told her we needed something ASAP because she couldn't see well right now. Her response was well ALL WE HAVE IS AUGUST 2ND AFTER LUNCH! I asked, "That's all you have available to pick out some glasses?" My mom said that date would work because I'm working that day, and this lady just WALKED AWAY FROM US LIKE, WELL THATS YOUR DAMN PROBLEM IM DONE WITH THIS CONVERSATION WITH YOU GUYS!!! If you're a business, I would think you would want customer to be coming in continuously to keep your damn business open and running and not have RUDE people at the counter because they are representing your business. I guess losing 5 customers doesn't mean anything to them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth about this doctor's office. Do better and get better employees who treat your customers with some damn respect!!!!

I've been going to Dry Wampler for over 20yrs. The opticians are rude and grouchy not at all helpful , it has changed drastically through the years. The Dr's are great and experienced, get your exam there but get your glasses elsewhere

Good Doctor but I was told a week and a half to get my new glasses. Almost 3 weeks now and still no glasses. So don't hold your breath.

The worst experience I ever had I felt like I was being interviewed by a cop with all the personal questions she was asking me whole appointment while doing my eye exam i will never go back there I don't recommend this place at all made me feel very uncomfortable

Linda one of the Technician was very helpful and assisted me with my order very happy with my order.

Dr Wampler is awesome. Very thorough.
