Magnolia Eye Care Medical Center

It's my first time to visit this office. My mom had appointment at 2:00 PM. They send the message ro remind her to come early 30mins to fill the form. We here at 1:30 PM and the office is close for lunch. Lunch time is 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM. It's ridiculous office. 2:00 PM they came back and we filled all the form they requested. 1 lady came in and talk to the employee, they let her in right the way to check up. Few minutes later 1 man came in and they let him in to check him up. Then Me and my mom ask them why we had appointment at 2:00PM and we are the first patient on the line so why we still need to wait? The employee said : please wait. Then 2:30 PM they finally called my mom to come in and check up for her. Worst eye care i ve been. Not a professional office.

Worst eye care possible in the entire California. Dr. Lu goes on vacation and the office does not even have the simple curtsey to call all the schedule patients to reschedule, but instead to turn all the patients away after they arrive. This is basic curtsey this office can't even understand. See all the other similar appointment related reviews for this office. ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING ME!!!!

In the midst of a pandemic, not only was there no disinfecting there seats but they allowed people to come in and eat with the mask off. The receptionists made it clear they would not do a thing. They also let someone with a later appointment be seen before our appointment. An hour wait for a booked appointment? Thats not right. Not only that but prior to the appointment they told the person in my care false information about her insurance and her referral. By far the worst care I have seen in a very very long time. It took two hours, one for the wait and one for the actual appointment which 95% was waiting.

Took my Grandma here for her scheduled eye exam for 2:30PM. The office has lunch break for an hour an a half but no one returns for our scheduled appointment. This is not a professional office.

Very patient and caring doctor. He is thorough and explains it all well. I have recommended him to several and they have all said the same, he is great
