Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not come to this place under any circumstances. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and constantly tries to pressure you into buying unnecessary products. Their attitude is awful and completely unacceptable. This place is poorly managed, and the manager seriously needs to step up and fix what's going on here. Worst experience I've had in a long time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The eye exam itself was fine, and the staff seemed professional at first. However, things took a bad turn when they showed me the glasses after my results. None of the frames were to my liking, and the prices were extremely high. I decided to leave with just my exam results, and that's when the receptionist showed a very poor attitude. She got visibly upset, dismissed us in a rude manner, and even made the situation awkward in front of the other people waiting. I walked out feeling disrespected and embarrassed. No customer should be treated that way, especially in a place that provides health services. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

The doctor answered all questions I had related to my eyes. Profesional staff, Bilingual, Helpful and informative. You get what you chose, they don't pressure patients to buy anything they don't want. I recommend this place.

Had an appointment at 2:00pm on January 31,2025. Waited for 50+mins which I don't mind much, what got me mad is that they pass a guy that his appointment was after mine and came 20 minutes after me. Bad service.

I went in a while back, not sure if it's the same optometrist as before, but my eyes are very bad and it's difficult to test them accurately and this guy did a really good job... I have been to places in fancy areas of town who totally missed the mark.. but this guy was really on point and has a good demeanor... Hopefully hes still the optometrist here

I went here for the first time. When I called to make an appointment I was greeted by a very friendly and professional young lady. She was able to offer me a same day appointment. Upon arrival I was greated by the doctor and was immediately taken in for eye testing and my appointment. I was given detailed instructions and was offered everything for my glasses and contacts. This is by far the best eye service I have received in all the years that I've needed glasses for the past 40+ years.

I truly go to this Doctor,- himself is throughout exam - because of the wonderful staff, Yuri is just the most professional at her job, always ready to help, they take insurance, have the best hours and the prices are very affordable, highly recommended!
