Eyes On the Green: Gregg Robert OD

Robert Gregg and his staff did a great job with updating my glasses and contact lens prescriptions. I was seeking both single focus and multi-focus lenses, plus glasses with readers, so it took three visits in total with samples to try out at home. Great outcome and good staff. They also accept my work vision plan, VSP.

Dr. Bob is the best eye doctor. I've given up on kaiser optometry for his thorough approach to eye care. He found things in my eye that other doctors couldn't find. My eyes have improved since being under his care! The staff are also very friendly and helpful with choosing my glasses and getting me situated. This office has a great selection of glasses that are top tier, which fits me very well. Love this office!!!

Dr Robert is wonderful. He's down to earth and listens to my thoughts and concerns while providing a selection of solutions to help best fit my needs. The whole staff is equally wonderful!! I am always greeted with a smile. Jennifer went out of her way to help me find the best price on the contacts I like as well and searching for a mail in rebate to help with a year supply purchase! (Brand specific) I feel very comfortable and cared for with Eyes on the Green. Thanks guys!

I'm a very picky person so for me to write a review, it must be exceptional. Best eye doctor ever! Perfect prescription. I felt like the doctor and staff were honest, charming, and did not rush me.. again, I am picky and have lots of questions. They were all patient and had honest answers. I love the name of the business too. Cleaver!

Gregg Robert is a good optometrist, however, the quality of customer service has declined significantly lately and the prices are just outrageous for the quality received. My wife ordered a pay of glasses and they were not what she needed nor wanted. When she asked to have it corrected they took nearly 2 months for them to do anything. They called and left a VM message saying they were processing it but never asked for a down payment to begin. When she called to get status of when she'd receive them, they told her they needed a $50 deposit to start the order!!! They can't do their job and have poor communication. I've experienced it as well and will NEVER purchase either frames nor lenses from them again.

Initially he was very good. He had an attentive office manager who was on top of everything. If you left a message, she returned the call the same day, or the following morning. Very sharp, and professional. She ended leaving the business. Dr. Gregg's office manager replacement made several errors on my wife's glasses. Wrong frames. This happened twice. The order had to be sent back. 2 weeks later my wife gets her glasses. She had a difficult 2 weeks trying to do her work at her computer without her glasses. Left several messages on the office voice mail about having eye/vision changes. My calls were NEVER returned. Very inattentive. In a hospital setting, we would use the term, Poor bedside manner". Dr. Gregg is a very nice person, but uncaring of his patients once you leave his office. Communication between a doctor and his patient is essential, and should never be taken lightly.

Every time I call in and Desiree answers, I feel comfortable. She is so kind, helpful and efficient. I love bringing my kids into the dr as well. He is so good at making them feel comfortable and goes out of his way to make the experience a great one! We are happy patients!

Over the years I've been treated by many optometrists. Since switching to Dr. Gregg my vision has never been better and I'm so happy and very grateful. Thank you so much. Everyone in the office is very professional and they give you extraordinary attention and make you feel special. I totally recommend Eyes On The Green Optometry!
