I visited three eye hospitals in Bilaspur earlier, but they were very expensive and my vision problem was not properly resolved. Then one of my friends suggested Sankalp Hospital. I visited the hospital and consulted with Dr. Charu Agarwal and Dr. Sandeep Tiwari. Both doctors are very supportive, experienced, and competent. They listened carefully to my problem and explained everything clearly. I am very satisfied with their treatment and guidance. The treatment cost is also very reasonable compared to other hospitals in Bilaspur. The accounts staff and other medical staff are excellent, polite, and very supportive. The overall environment of the hospital is very good and patient-friendly. I highly recommend Sankalp Hospital to anyone looking for good and affordable eye treatment.

We have approached for cataract surgery in November and December consecutive months for both the eyes of my Mother. The insurance cover was available from the group company I am working with despite several followups the account department has yet not refunded the deposit amount even after presenting the proof of claim settlement in the first week of Dec. Until my involvement they kept on sharing false information to my parents that the claim is yet not settled at insurance company. I am writing this on 10-1-2026 after weeks of follow up with accounts department post submission of proofs of settlement dated 6th Dec and 16th Dec 2025. These people act as if they have certain targets before the surgery they kept on calling for small details like health card I'd proofs deposits etc... but once the surgery is done we have to run behind for return of our own money like beggars... Meanwhile the surgery was undergoing they kept on approaching my other family members for free eye check up and misguided with the symptoms of Glaucoma to my father with this they could have hit one more target... Highly dissatisfied with the staff lethargic attitude and zero courtesy to the senior citizens. Concerned about those who have lesser technical knowledge on insurance settlement process... Sad they are making money by spoofing patients. Aside, this is only for the staff and team members working for the Doctor as this post has nothing to do with the Doctor's efficacy... He is a gentleman and we don't expect his involvement in the clerical work... This is a grievance against the management and people dealing in accounts.

This is the best clinic for eye surgery. Dr sadip sir having a very polite nature and he is having a great knowledge. I came to hospital for my father surgery. The entire hospital and nursing staff is very helpful.

While I had high expectations based on the hospital's reputation, my experience was marred by several issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, the work experience of the staff appeared inadequate. The lack of professionalism and expertise was evident, which made me question the quality of care provided. Secondly, the waiting time was excessively long, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Lastly, the reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive, failing to provide clear information or address queries courteously, which added to the overall negative experience. I urge the hospital management to take these concerns seriously, improve staff training, streamline appointment scheduling, and ensure better customer service at the reception. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to restore confidence in the hospital's services.
