Making/getting an appointment was very easy. Response from the front desk was quick. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, open and communicative; people that like their jobs! The technician I had was outstanding. She knew her work, was communicative and easy-going the whole time, always explaining what was going to happen next. First, I was able to register for my appointment from the comfort of my own home via my cell phone, expediting my appointment and minimizing wait time upon arrival. Second, the assistant sanitized the testing instruments in front of me, which assured me that they were clean before I touched them. Third, the assistant and the Dr treated me with compassion and respect, making the interaction pleasant. Fourth, there was scripture posted on the wall which relates to sight and the condition of all humanity. Kudos to Sweet Optical! I will refer everyone I know who needs your services.

What an awesome experience at Sweet Optics. I had my daughter with me (almost 3), at my appointment. Miranda there went out of her way to keep my daughter entertained too so I can focus. She helped her "help me" when doing everything & made her her own little goodie bag to make her feel like "she got glasses too". So sweet. Dr Honeycutt is fantastic & very honest & personable, which I appreciate. It is truly those touches, especially in such a small Valley, that can make an incredible experience.
