Optical Options of Aspen

I visited Tim's store after my glasses fell apart, and he personally attended to me, surpassing our expectations. Not only did he fix my glasses in 5 minutes, but his unmatched charisma left a lasting impression. We'll definitely return for the wide variety he offers.

My Maui Jims broke the day before I went to Aspen. I called Tim and he ordered the part I needed that day. Fixed my glasses free of charge a few days later. While in the store, I found a pair of Persols I liked and bought them. Tim set me up and fitted them perfectly. Awesome and hilarious guy. Couldn't of had a better experience. Thanks Tim!

Can't say enough good things about Tim and his store. I have an extremely challenging script that almost never comes out right the first time around. Except for this time! Using basic equipment, and his extensive experience and understanding, he ordered my lenses Monday (progressive day ware and progressive, polarized, transition sun glasses) and by Wednesday he had cut and ground them (usually I have to wait 10 days or more). When I came in I was prepared for the usual disappointment but they were perfect!! Wish I would have been buying frames from him too. He has a sweet selection! Tim is a genius as far as I can tell. And a really good guy! Go see him!!!

My old frames broke, and Tim was willing to try to get the replacement part. But it would take at least a week just to determine if the part was available because the manufacturer was closed over the holidays. So I opted for a new frame, and Tim fitted my lenses in about 30 minutes. Outstanding service!

I was in town for a Veterans ski event and the ear pieces came off my glasses. Most places will just put a quick bandage on the issue push you out the door. He made me new ear pieces and made sure they would not come back off. This will definitely get me by till I can get new glasses. He also took the time to show me glasses that I should be looking for when I got back home. For him I wasn't a sale but he treated me like a customer! Thank you!

Tim is extremely accommodating and helpful. I'm so glad we purchased from an independent optician, because the level of customer service is way beyond anything else. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

Lost a screw on my glasses. Tim found a right one put it on, cleaned and adjusted without a charge. Incredible guy!
