I haven't had an eye exam in probably 10+ years. Needless to say I was nervous for my appointment yesterday as a first time patient... As soon as I came in, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and welcomed by everyone in the office. The girl who checked me in (I sadly don't remember her name) set expectations and provided clear and easy-to-follow directions which made me feel so comfortable before my exam. Then, Dr. McHugh further eased my nerves while performing my eye exam. She was so kind and genuinely seemed to care about me as a patient, which is a rare experience in a doctor's office these days. She was willing to spend time answering all of my questions, and developed a plan that will help me in the long run. My favorite part of my appointment was picking out my frames. As a first-time glasses wearer, Kyle could tell I was a bit lost in all of the choices. He went above & beyond to help me find frames that not only look great, but feel a lot more comfortable than I expected. Kyle was so awesome, and his kindness made a lasting impression on me. 10/10 experience at Advanced EyeCare Centers Aurora, I highly recommend!

The staff is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, etc. The doctors are good at explaining everything and the techs are good at their jobs!

Had a great experience as a first time patient. I saw Dr. Weston Sherwood and he is very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain everything. He also asked if I just want my prescription to buy glasses elsewhere or use their store onsite. I used the store onsite. Everyone of staff members were friendly and helpful during my time here. They offer you a different kind of scan with your eye exam so you don't have to dilate your eyes and it was simple and easy. Kyle helped with my glasses and he helped me choose a cute pair out of the choices I had picked for myself. I ordered the glasses on Friday and by 11:00am on Monday they were ready even though they said it could take 2 weeks. The staff was friendly, greeted me when I came in and helped me with my glasses. I called and asked for my prescription and PD numbers to be emailed to me and the staff complied and was very nice and made me feel they wanted to help me. I will be a repeated customer.

Very professional, customer service has always been very good. Been going to them for a very long time. It's very enjoyable and the doctors know their stuff.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Redmond for years and we are very happy with him. The last visit as I was waiting for Julie to assist with new glasses, the office manager came up to Julie (without asking me if it would be an inconvenience) and told her to take someone else ahead of me. This did not sit well with me at all. This new office manager was completely out of line by treating their customers unfairly. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS APPOINTMENT AND FIND THE OFFICE MANAGER VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO THIS PATIENT!

I'm focusing (okay, pun intended) on the customer care I received from the 2 people whose job it is, to help me select frame and lens choices. First, I apologize that I don't remember the names of the woman and man who took care of me. Maybe Julie and Kyle? Anyway, I wanted to use my current frames and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Julie gave me all of the options available for the lenses and explained what was covered by my insurance. Without asking, she offered to adjust and tighten my frames. When my lenses got there, Kyle cut and fitted them in-house. The whole process only took a few minutes. To top it off, he even replaced my old nose pads, again without me having to ask. My point is, I couldn't be happier about the personal service they gave me. I only wish there were more than 5 stars to rate them.

I am so glad that I go to this eye clinic. They are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. Never any issues. They remember me by name. Always feel like I am among friends. I truly value this place and so glad I am a client. I certainly recommend this clinic to everyone, without hesitation!

This was certainly worth the wait! The doctor was extremely kind and explained everything to me in great detail. My favorite part of the experience was selecting my glasses. Kyle answered all my questions about the right fit and making sure everything was comfortable. Later on when my glasses needed repair he did an awesome job in fixing them up temporarily until I could get a new pair. Being a new glasses wearer, Advanced EyeCare made this a very enjoyable experience and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service I received. Thanks !!
