America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

This is by far the best America's Best location I've ever visited! The optometrist was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt completely confident in my care. Passion went above and beyond trying to verify my vision insurance and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was so pleasant, patient, and professional -- a joy to work with! I highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service and an outstanding experience.

Well done. I had a prescription for eyeglasses and needed to get some. Lala helped me. She did great. She gave good feedback as to the frame-to-lens combo. I prefer tinted lenses, like blue or pink or yellow, and ended getting three pairs. Quick, friendly service from all staff members from the sign-in desk to the staff helping select the bestest glasses. I will return.

My daughter and I booked back to back appointments to get new prescriptions for glasses and contacts. Ms. Donna at the front desk was incredibly friendly, as always. We were seen very quickly, and everyone was professional and friendly. Then Ms. Jessica (the new manager of this location) helped get us with the purchase/insurance portion of our visit. She was very knowledgeable, and most importantly sweet to my daughter. We have been coming to this location for years, and service like this is exactly why we will continue to come back!

I have gone to the Mississippi and Abiline location for at least 20 yrs and have never ever had any issues with this location. I just called this location and talked with the assistant manager Preane because I had a seriously bad experience at the Southlands location. Preane was so apologetic and kind about the horrible experience from Southlands. She spoke with the store manager Jennifer and they without question offered to help get my glasses reordered and correct the situation. I am so thankful to both Preane and Jennifer. Preane was so empathetic and took the time to hear my concerns and then take action to help me immediately. I truly appreciate her professionalism. I can't say enough how this store is number 1 in my book. Southlands location needs to take note on what customer service is.

Came to this location after a different location messed up fitting our new glasses. Jessica personally helped me and my great aunt fix our glasses. She took the time and care and patience that was needed to make our glasses fit us perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Today's visit was awesome! Greeted upon entering, all staff very professional, frame selection very nice, and the employee "Praise" was phenomenal! African American lady at front counter was very professional with getting my husbands appt started. I vowed to never return to this location after my last visit a very long time ago. I went in, front desk associate couldn't take her eyes off of her phone long enough to look up at me to even greet me. Needless to say, I turned around and left. Today's visit with my husband went so very much better! Yay! Jessica....you have an amazing staff! Thank you for today.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I went in for an eye exam to see if I needed an updated prescription, and my experience was frustrating from the start. The woman at check-in was very rude, and there seemed to be a complete lack of communication between staff members and the doctors. It created a lot of "he said, she said" confusion that no one was willing to take responsibility for resolving. After receiving a prescription that turned out to be too strong, I returned to address the issue. Instead of listening, the staff attempted to dismiss my concerns by asking if I just needed to "get used to wearing glasses" and whether I had ever worn them before. I've worn glasses since I was three years old. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. The doctors themselves were kind, but the front office experience and lack of accountability made the overall visit disappointing. Ultimately, their error has cost me $ and I will not be coming back.

Dr. PARR IS AMAZINGLY GREAT! THIS IS WHERE EVERYONE NEEDS TO COME! HE LISTENED AND EDUCATED ME. IT WAS GREAT VISIT! Plus this Location was able to get the prescription from my lens to compare and agree it was good I recommend this place for sure. Clean and friendly service all the way around. Come here before you waste your time anywhere else
