I've now had two very frustrating experiences with this eye doctor practice. The first time was with contact lenses, I had to make multiple trips because they kept sending them to the wrong location. This time, I called two weeks ago about replacing my frames, which had already broken in less than four months. I had to keep calling because no one ever answered the phone or returned my messages. Eventually, I received an automated text about the order, but no one had the courtesy to call and confirm that my frames were ready for pickup at the Aurora location.
When I went in today, the front desk staff spent a long time searching and still couldn't find my frames, blaming another employee. I was told I would have to come back on Wednesday to finally get them. The lack of organization, communication, and accountability at this practice is extremely disappointing. I expected much better service, especially as a returning customer.

I had a great experience here, all thanks to Yasmin! She was incredibly kind, patient, and so helpful in finding a pair of glasses that really suited my face. I usually have a hard time picking frames, but she made it feel easy and enjoyable.
One thing that did catch me a bit off guard was the smaller selection of frames--they don't have a huge variety to choose from. But Yasmin made the most of what they had, and I left feeling really happy with my choice.
Also, shoutout to her for staying kind and professional while my husband jokingly teased me about how blind I am (he meant well!). Yasmin didn't feed into it, just kept things light and focused on helping me. Truly appreciated her support and kindness--definitely recommend asking for her!
The dr was kind and explained everything. The intake person also was great!
