Three stars because last year was okay. It's been... Not good, this year. Over the phone, they said the prescription didn't run out until March. I checked the script, it said January. So I went and made an appointment, in person, while we were at the dentist. They called and confirmed on Monday at 9:03 AM. I answered and said that we would be there. Today, Tuesday - no appointment can be found. They can squeeze me in after another family except we have a dental appointment at that time. These were strategically scheduled. So, I would theoretically have to come back but I'm not confident it wouldn't be a giant waste of my time.

Was seen on 8/25 and Dr. Elizabeth Beers was very wonderful. The two younger girls at the front that also assisted her were not the nicest. They did not make us feel comfortable. We've had ok experiences before, the doctors definitely are the best part and always treat us so well and kindly but the assistants did not. They did their job and that's what matters most of course, just wish the experience was more comfortable and treated with more kindness.
