Dr Kylie Castans Optometry

What a great experience! They texted me before my appointment to explain my insurance co-pays and when I asked what I expected to pay out of pocket they told me precisely! My autistic son and I needed quite a bit of patience through the tests and it was given freely. Dr was great at explaining everything and came up with an elegant solution to my aging eye problem that doctors have not addressed in the past.

Really great experience. The doctor was attentive, easy to talk to, and actually took the time to explain things clearly. She noticed my night-vision issues during the exam, which no one else had ever brought up. I left feeling like I finally had a clear understanding of my prescription.

Incredible service and care! They make it very easy to get the appointments you need and help find the best option for your eyes. Highly recommended!

My experience here was fantastic. I had recently lost my glasses & walked in to see if I could get an appt. They took me in an hour later. Dr. Battaglia did my exam. She is so friendly & professional. The exam was quick & thorough. I highly recommend you go here. You won't be sorry. The price was right too. I'll be going here every time I need an eye exam.

This is the best in town hands down. The doctor was so nice, the gentleman at the desk was helpful and quick to get me in. I easily booked my appointment online and for a SUNDAY. I was in a desperate spot with my contacts and thought I'd be blind for awhile trying to get in somewhere. Not only did I get in but she gave me a few extra trial pairs to get me through. In times like they are its nice for someone to really care about their customers/patients.. It was such an easy and pleasant experience I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Dr. Castans, its great to see someone so involved in their business and handling patients with great care.

I have gone to optometrists 50 times in my lifetime and I have been very lucky to have seen the best at five universities and the best of others in six cities. But today I went to Dr Kylie Castans office at Costco. I knew Costco was rated the #1 Place of optometry In the nation. Today, I saw a really great optometrist at Costco and after all these years it was truly a unique and wonderful experience! My visit started off like any other office visit ... necessary paperwork. I was tired, and on the hottest week in Colorado history ...hot ... and just one more thing. Even the streamlined and easy paperwork done on a pane was something I didn't want; however, a very enthusiastic and pretty lady saw me struggling and asked if I wanted help. She rapidly punched numbers and letters .... the paperwork became fun. I was surprised ... it was doctor Castans herself and the paperwork took just about two minutes. She took me into her eye examination room. She had the latest equipment. Her machines had already read my eyes and the examination itself was very rapid. The results I could visibly see. Everything was so clear and distinct. This office of Kylie Castans is cutting edge, comfortable, and quite confident. I left excited about getting my new glasses and confident the prescription is perfect. I had read many reviews of Costco optometry offices and I knew it was the number one rated optometrist offices in the country .... but Dr. Kylie Castans and her Rocking crew were way above even my lofty expectations I picked out a great pair of glasses plus I got a reduced price for my second pair... I was thrilled to death. This place is just great!

Dr Castans is a friendly and knowledgeable optometrist that I would definitely recommend to everyone! She walks you through every step of the eye exam so you know exactly what is being done during the exam. And on top of her being awesome, the office was kept clean and welcoming. The office is inside of a Costco, but you don't need a Costco membership to see her for an eye exam.

Dr. Battaglia I was great! I had my every exam today and she made it an event. I'm already looking forward to my next check up. Her patient manners and care level is top notch! I will recommend all my family members to her after today. Really great experience. Thank you!
