Crystal was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked into Eyeglass World. She made the entire process quick and stress-free, getting us in and out in very little time without ever making us feel rushed. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference in our experience. We truly appreciated her help and will definitely return because of the excellent service.

I came here with regular pair of lens which I got my 2 the same day. Which I also had them put in a Rx for my Meta's. They mentioned it will take two weeks. After a week I received a message stating I had glasses ready. I called they said no not yet they will be in Wednesday. Called Wednesday they said Friday. I waited for Friday nothing, called Saturday after the 2 weeks and they still were not in. Which I started getting frustrated since they stated they'd be ready yet never fully looked at tracking number. If they had a set date I would be fine with it since I would be under the impression it takes a while. After a while I got over it and they were finally ready Wednesday. 2.5weeks later. Which I was just glad I finally received my glasses before my trip. Upon returning home I opened my case and I found scribbling marks on my case! Which it was not mentioned, until I seen once I got home. Which these glasses are obviously expensive, yet to return my case a mess. Is totally unacceptable, my glasses itself were great but not my case holder that is also my charging case.! Update MARCH 7th: Still have not been contacted.

Loved the remote eye appointment! Wasn't sure what I had signed us up for with a remote visit but it was amazing! The manager Crystal was outstanding. It got busy fast, she reacted and got people in to assist and kept in communication with everyone. She is very knowledgeable and brings calming comfort. She assisted with looking up our insurance and getting us both into great new glasses. Highly recommend this store and staff!

Jerrica was amazing! And the guy in the lab even helped make my glasses despite being later in the day since I was coming from far away. I greatly appreciated the entire experience here. Everyone was great!

My spouse had an emergency, and needed new eyeglasses. The location was referred to us from our Optometrist. From the moment we walked through the doors customer service was phenomenal. All staff was polite, patient and knowledgeable. All our questions were answered in regards to frames, expected time frame and quote prices with or without insurance. Lab on site makes it super convenient which not many locations offered. Our goal was to at least get one pair of eyeglasses. We walked away with two eyeglasses because of the promotion they currently have. Makes it very affordable compare to other vision locations. We compare prices because we visit 3 different locations the same day. The eyeglasses we purchased were exactly what we were expecting to purchase with the features we needed. SARAH made it extremely special because she was able to accommodate us and finished our eyeglasses the same day! It was a exceptional, unique and extraordinary experience. I truly recommend from the bottom of my heart to any individual who wears eyeglasses, contacts or needs an eye exam. We are grateful and pleased with our experience.

1/19/26 My granddaughter visiting from California had her prescription glasses stopped on. We went to the nearest eyeglass world. There Crystal assisted us and fixed the glasses. My granddaughter said the fit was better. Crystal was personable and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Crystal!! Fawn from New Mexico.

I must say this is a go to and very reliable spot. In the last two years i've had very unfortunate luck with my glasses and this most recent time Crystal was a huge help in getting me a replacement pair ASAP. If i could give 10 stars i would. Always a great help from the staff in the store to help assist and make glasses shopping a fun time.

I needed a temporary pair of glasses urgently for an upcoming long drive. Not only was I able to get a pair made same day- there was a good selection even at their base prices. Velia was awesome to work with and I couldn't be happier - no hard sell, no pressure. Just helpful and supportive.
