Dr. Sider is seriously the coolest, nicest, most streamlined optometrist I have been to in my life! Not only did she tell me about something I had never heard before about having possibly a pre disposition for glaucoma, I was in and out of there within 25 minutes, maybe less. From past eye professionals I've been to they beat around the bush for an hour about a bunch of stuff you've heard about every year but arent interested in or are just overkill with their small talk. Katie was promt right to the point, thorough, no waiting around and was just awesome. Highly highly recommend! And also props to their whole team at the front desk as well for their friendly and quick attention. Just became my new spot.

Dr. Molly was so great! She was very informative and thorough! She was also very gentle and kind! All the staff members were very helpful and very kind!

Everything went well from eye exam to purchasing new glasses. Dr. Molly is very kind and compassionate. The associate helping with my new glasses purchase (I forgot her name, I think it was Ashley, she was from another store) was very patient during my decision making process and overall very kind and a pleasure to work with.

I recently had an unexpectedly great experience visiting my optometrist, and I just have to share how smooth and hassle-free it was. I didn't even have an appointment--yep, I took a chance and walked right in, hoping they'd squeeze me in. To my surprise, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I stepped through the door. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and asked if I'd been there before. I explained I didn't have an appointment but needed a quick check-up because my vision had been feeling off lately. Instead of turning me away or making me feel like an inconvenience, she checked the schedule and said they'd fit me in within 20 minutes. I barely had time to flip through a magazine before they called my name! The optometrist herself was fantastic--professional, friendly, and thorough. She listened as I described my blurry moments and didn't rush me through the exam. The process was seamless: we started with the classic "read the chart" test, moved on to the puff-of-air machine (which I still flinch at, but it was over quick!), and then she checked my eye health with some fancy equipment. She explained everything in simple terms, which I appreciated--no confusing jargon. Turns out, I just needed a slight prescription tweak, and she had me sorted in no time. What stood out most was how efficient yet unrushed the whole visit felt. From walking in without a slot to walking out with a new prescription, it took less than an hour. The staff even helped me pick out some frames that suited my face, and they didn't push me to buy anything on the spot--just genuine advice. I left feeling relieved, cared for, and honestly impressed at how well it all went. If you're dreading an eye appointment or worried about needing one last-minute, I'd say give your local optometrist a shot. My experience was proof you don't always need a plan--just good people who know what they're doing!

I really enjoyed the convenience and price transparency of this clinic. The staff had the various services itemized and were ready to answer price and insurance questions immediately. The doctor (Katie Jo Sider) was really impressive. She was kind, attentive, and curious. She strongly recommended some optional health services (retinal scans), but took "no" for an answer without issue or complaint. Sad to say, but that puts her head and shoulders above most of the doctors I've ever encountered, and inclines me to agree to added services next time. She also corrected a mistaken pronoun use on her own; again, not something I've encountered in most doctors and very much appreciated.

The doctor and all associates were extremely nice, helpful, quick and made the entire experience easy and positive! Will definitely be back! I've now gone to this location twice and I still can't recommend this team enough. Such a great experience, so helpful and so kind! 10/10
