Really great experience! Ive been here twice and the service is impeccable! Friendly from start to finish. Millie was very professional, and extremely patient with me. She was extremely personable and helped me find the exact fitting frame that I needed. I will keep my business here most definitely. And thank you to the entire Modern Eyes staff for your kindness.

I cannot say enough good things about this eye clinic. Last night, I accidentally crushed my glasses and am leaving on a flight to Las Vegas to visit friends and family. I can barely see without them, and to make matters more stressful, there was no doctor in and my glasses couldn't be repaired. Despite all of that, the team went above and beyond to help me. Because I had a contact exam previously, they were able to get me set up with contacts so I wouldn't be stranded unable to see. The relief I felt was overwhelming. I actually cried when they told me they can help. What stood out most was not just the solution, but the compassion. Thank you for keeping the human aspect at the center of how you treat patients. In a moment of real stress and vulnerability, you showed kindness, understanding, and care, and it meant more than I can express. If you are looking for an eye clinic that truly cares about people, this is the one. I am endlessly grateful.

Wonderful eye doctor experience! I used to dread going to the eye doctor because I found it uncomfortable, but all of that was alleviated today. They have new technology that makes these visits much easier. Everyone who worked there was very kind, knowledgeable, and I felt that my eyes were in good hands.

I always appreciated how thorough my appointments here were. They also came through for me in a pinch when I was out of contacts and accommodated me at short notice. I am so grateful!

Scheduled my appointment online. Came to my appointment at the scheduled time and they said that the appointment didn't come through because they were having problems with their online software. Come back another day. I told them not a problem, came back on another day, got my eye exam, ordered glasses. I came to pick up my glasses at 5pm. The store closes at 5:30, says so online and on their door! But the store was closed. This place is SUPER unprofessional, don't waste your time. Update: I went back the next day to pick up my glasses. The frames didn't fit. Guy said the temple was too long. I'm sorry what?! Shouldn't this be something worth knowing before I purchased the glasses. He said I could either pick another frame or he could give me my money back. I asked about insurance and he said, "I do claim reversals all the time", which is frightening in itself actually, but whatever. You know what, if you have an insurance company that will only accept a few eye places. Look at the reviews and make sure you get a good outcome. For example if you must go to this place, make sure you call to make your appointment, make sure you call before going to pick up glasses or appointment as they seem to have a lot of "family emergencies" which renders the place close when they should be open. And also make sure that they measure the frames you're getting so that they fit your face when you receive them. This place is as unprofessional as they come so be prepared.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I lost my backup glasses over the weekend after breaking my primary pair of glasses several weeks earlier. I called and they looked up my benefits confirmed he had lenses I could get SAME day. I walked out in less then 30 minutes with a new pair of glasses. I was able to order a second pair that will be in by the end of week. I found multiple frames I liked and really appreciated the personal and quick service. I will be back the next time I need glasses!

I've been coming here for years for eye exams and contacts. I've also gotten regular glasses and prescription sunglasses for when I don't want to wear my contacts. When I order contacts, you can choose to pick them up from them or have them shipped to your house at no extra cost. My glasses got broken one time, and they were able to repair them for me while I waited. During the pandemic, I didn't want to go in for an eye exam, but I needed to reorder my contacts. I looked at ordering from 1800contacts, but then saw I could order online through Optical Gallery as well, so I compared prices and ultimately ordered through Optical Gallery. In the past I've always scheduled by phone, but for my most recent appointment, I scheduled online, and that worked well too. They take VSP insurance.
