Dr. Sider is seriously the coolest, nicest, most streamlined optometrist I have been to in my life! Not only did she tell me about something I had never heard before about having possibly a pre disposition for glaucoma, I was in and out of there within 25 minutes, maybe less. From past eye professionals I've been to they beat around the bush for an hour about a bunch of stuff you've heard about every year but arent interested in or are just overkill with their small talk. Katie was promt right to the point, thorough, no waiting around and was just awesome. Highly highly recommend! And also props to their whole team at the front desk as well for their friendly and quick attention. Just became my new spot.

Dear Target optical vision center, I had to visited your store in 01/27/25 for my frames replacement, I had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience with Ramon, the worst experience ever; walked in into the store and asked Ramon for helped, explained that I need it to replace my frames, my puppy chewed a piece of them, he didn't even acknowledged me showing him the frames, he did not look at them and say "NO, I can't " I said not to even if I bought insurance replacement? "Oh" he responded, well yes. After I provided my information, Ramon changed my $50.00, I asked why $50 and not $25 , looking at the worry free pamphlet , he said it the repair price and show me the iPad. Paid for it, asked for my receipt and I got "we don't give receipts for it. You will receive a call , it will take more than a month to get them due to stock" . Went to get my frames and I had Valentina helped me out with lenses and not my frames, Ramon charged me $50 dollars for lenses that I did not asked for and no frames. Valentina explained that only lenses were ordered and not frames, even though I had paid and asked for frames. Explained the problem, issue and situation to her, she was able to helped me and even better she did listen to me. I asked for my copy of the order, and received it; notice a note that it said "Guess has frames ". What?! Can you explain why Ramon charged me $50 for my frame replacement and order just lenses, even worse he wrote a note saying that I had the frames. What type of customer service that he provided? Ramon you are the worst person, you didn't even listen to me, you didn't even acknowledge me showing you the frames, you over charged and ordered the wrong thing. You made me feel so not worthy of your time , not even a welcome or a glance at the time of arrival, I thought on calling your manager but I thought maybe you had a thought day. Ramon thank you for overcharging me for the lenses that I did not even wanted at the beginning. I do not want to go back if Ramon is there, Valentina thank you for stepped up and taking care of me, now I have some frames ( display frames) because of you caring about me; I did not received new frames but Ramon ordered lenses and charged me for frames and lenses. Not sure what to do? I feel like I paid for something that I didn't receive ( I paid for new frames, replaced by some old display). Attaching proof of my experience with Ramon, Target vision center you can do better. Valentina thank you for caring and helping me out solving the issue.

I got my brother for his birthday a trip to here it was such a great experience! He got to choose colored lenses with his subscription ! Marissa helped me set everything up !! So helpful with all my questions thank you all so much ! Ps I'm comming back for my birthday trip as well !

I'm traveling and I left my contact bag back at home, i came in to see what we can do since i was going to be here a few days and Marissa was very helpful into getting me a 5 days worth of try ons and i thought that was so kind! She went above and beyond!

05/11/25 at the adress: 1400 S.Havana St. in Aurora I had my vision checked and ordered glasses. Doctor Katie did the vision check very professionally thoroughly and comfortably. Consultant Valentina very detailed consulted me about choosing lenses for the glasses and the frames. I immediately ordered everything I needed and today I already picked up the order. The visit to the optical was as comfortable as possible from the first to the last minute. Thank you so much again!

We moved to Colorado and were anxious to get to an eye doctor here. My fears were not necessary; customer service was excellent, doctor was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff was diligent trying to find my insurance coverage and I left with 2 pairs of glasses ordered and confidence in my choice for eye care. Thank you so much for welcoming me back to Colorado!

I took my 7yo daughter in and saw Dr Welty. Dr Welty was fantastic with my daughter, and she explained everything to HER and didn't just talk to me.
