Just went in today for the first time to this location. My experience was 10/10! ALL of the girls were so friendly, welcoming and can just tell they are excellent workers! Alicia assisted me in helping pick out a frame and she helped throughout the whole process of pricing and broke down everything in detail. I noticed she was also very patient and detailed with other customers as well. I was comfortable the whole time, even in my eye exam the eye doctor was SO kind and she knew what she was doing too, I'll definitely be back. Shoutout to the girls that work in this location, keep doing what y'all are doing you girls are awesome!

If you're like me and you read reviews before you make a decision, your search is over for the best optomotrist office you could hope for. I previously saw 2 different doctors in Nov and Dec. And was misdiagnosed with an eye infection by both. Fortunately , I was referred to Doctor Sasha who painstakingly, and professionally took time to diagnosed me properly on my first visit! I could say that I am a patient for life because the entire staff is extremely friendly, personable , and treat me like family. Or that I felt truly heard and cared for. Or that Dr. Sasha is undoubtably an expert at what she does....and I will :) While Vision Now isnt right around the corner from me Its absolutely worth an extra few minutes to get there. Thanks with all my heart!

This clinic handled my son's care and billing in a completely unacceptable and misleading way. After my son's eye exam for myopia management, I purchased glasses and paid for warranties on both the lenses and the frame. Due to his young age 3 the doctor herself encouraged to do more research and said she would too. After doing exactly what was recommended, I called in December to cancel the glasses and was clearly told I would receive a full refund. Weeks went by with no communication. When I finally called to follow up 1/29/26 I was suddenly told I would receive only half of my money back because it "wasn't the clinic's fault that I bought the glasses." That statement is not only dismissive--it is dishonest. I purchased the glasses and WARRANTY on the frame it self and the lenses. Which I canceled why should I pay for a warranty that i am not using? Penalizing a parent for following medical advice is unacceptable. I want to be very clear: I fully understand and accept that exam fees and copays are non-refundable. That is not the issue. The issue is being told one thing, waiting weeks 5+, and then having the refund terms changed without notice or accountability. This is a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. When it comes to children's healthcare, trust matters. Unfortunately, this clinic failed

I went to pick up the glasses of my 10-year-old son, it was the same armor that he choose but in a very large size and they fall off. I went to claim that they did not give me the right size of the glasses" they were too big for him" They didn't do nothing to help me after i pay a lot of money..my son can't wear those new and expensive glasses:(

I always have such a great experience here! The staff is so kind and welcoming every time I come in. They're always willing to help, answer my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable with my glasses. I truly appreciate how patient and friendly everyone is. Highly recommend!

It's so nice here, Dr. Sasha is great and the staff are super friendly. Will definitely make this my new place to go for optometry care

Front desk and the technician were very nice and professional. The doctor was friendly and helped me pick out my glasses. Overall I had a good experience.
