I absolutely love this place. I've been shopping around for quite a few years. This is now my second time coming back to this location, I love the selection here. Kat helped me out both times and I can't say enough about her. She's very funny and enjoyable to have helped me both years in finding the perfect glasses for me and makes the whole process an absolute breeze! Thank you! Looking forward to my second pair in a couple weeks. My attached photo is the glasses i got a year ago!

My visit was perfect! From the check-in process, to the exam, and up till the checkout! My optometrist was great! He is new-ish to the practice but will definitely ask for him again! Very informative and helped explain in a way that I could understand. Finally, Kat was amazing as always! I always look to have Kat help me with my glasses because of her special eye for style . I took my son in for an exam and also exam for contact lenses. Experience from the beginning was friendly and efficient. Our provider was very charismatic and actually took her time to listen to what our concerns and needs were. Kat was also very helpful in helping us find affordable lenses. I felt we were in and out but taken care of with empathy and kindness.

Recommend going across the street to America's Best! Completely different experience!
So here's my experience...
Got to my 9:15 appointment at 9:10. Customers in front of me and when it was my turn 9:18 she literally said I had to be rescheduled. After a 20 minute wait I get an update that my appointment is rescheduled for 10:15. I did have the joy of listening to her call people to come into work though..... I left and will go somewhere else

I was a walk in looking to make an appointment for an eye check up and they were able to fit me in right away. It seemed as all employees knew exactly what to be doing and multitasked really well even with it being a little busy, they ensured everyone got what they needed in a timely manner without feeling rushed. Dr. Kam was very pleasant and welcoming especially with it being my first time there. I forgot the gentleman's name at the front desk but his energy and customer service was 100/10!!
