The staff was welcoming from the moment from the moment, I walked through the doors. It's a comforting feeling when you walk in and people are smiling, and the staff have smiles on their faces as they welcome you. That hasn't happened at my previous store.
The technician and the doctor were both thorough in their roles as I walked through the process. The doctor was extremely personable and charming and funny. He was thorough in his explanation of what was going to happen and what my needs were.
The young lady who helped me with my glasses was just as kind and helpful.
The best part is all of this was done in under an hour.
Now! I am excitedly looking forward to my improved vision with stylish glasses I chose!

I was able to book an open appointment 40 minutes prior to its start.
The entire crew was very friendly and quick to accept
Me in when I got there. I told them I was concerned with some spots on my eyes and prefer to have a docs opinion. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of and ultimately healthy with peace of mind when leaving. Quick to help with insurance set up and questions. Check in process and lead up to seeing doc was genuine and closing out process friendly and professional too! From the second I stepped in it felt good and how I want to take care of my eye health!

We love going here- seeing familiar faces and getting quick and efficient services. Plus! The same Dr saw us this year as last, so that was nice. My husband and I usually get seen back to back and staff is so accommodating and nice bc we bring our toddler and everything is still seamless. 5/5 - Dr. Nguyen was amazing. Help solve my headaches being a near-sighted person working on computers. Also warned me to stop wearing contacts so much to prevent serious problems in the future.
1/5 - The front desk staff / business practices not so great. They didn't do a fitting for my new glasses. So later at home when trying to make a basic adjustment, the CHEAP Ray Ban glasses broke. I took them in and they wanted to charge me full price (~$200) for new frames even with them still being new and under warranty. I declined.
Months later I stopped by LensCrafters nearby and they fixed them on the spot for <$50 and were happy to do it.
Because of this, I won't be back.

This was my first time visiting this Visionworks location, and it was a great experience from start to finish! I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in and didn't have to wait at all. The pre-exam tests were quick, clearly explained, and then I was walked into a room with the doctor already waiting for me. The entire staff was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with no questions. I'll definitely be coming back--highly recommend this location!

Have been coming here for years with the same insurance but suddenly they were unable to find it in their system and therefore would not honor my appointment, despite having a copy of my insurance card with me. Last time I was in I got glasses to replace an old pair. I could see better with my old pair and was never able to get used to the new pair, i had to return them. The wait is always long to be seen.
In short, there are better options for an eye doc out there. I do not recommend this place.

Rushed exam. Not very comprehensive! Felt rushed in and rushed out. Not really sure my prescription is accurate. I've never had such a quick exam. Issues were not addressed. Production line eye care. A waste of my insurance coverage!
