The information provided regarding Medicare coverage was inaccurate, as subsequent attempts elsewhere resulted in successful reimbursement. This discrepancy is a source of significant disappointment. While Dr. West's services merit a five-star rating, the Target Optical experience warrants a two-star rating due to the staff's lack of thorough investigation and accurate knowledge of Medicare plan coverage.

Dr. Eric was fast, efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. This was one of the fastest eye appointments I have ever had, but it in no way felt rushed.
He just seems to know really know what he is doing. I don't understand how he managed to be so thorough and so quick at the same time. He gave me information about my astigmatism that I don't personally remember any other eye doctors going into that much detail with me in the 15 years that I have worn contact lenses.
And not just him, the woman who checked me in and helped me understand my options for purchasing my contacts and the different pricing based on my insurance and the deals they had going was so sweet, so patient, and so determined to get me the best deal for what I needed.
I felt well taken care of.
