Staff was very friendly and helpful. The ipad on the wall was awkward to use, due to it's height. I wear progressives, so it was difficult to get myself to a height to be able to complete the required forms. Please consider being able to hold the ipad to avoid this awkward situation. I loved everything else about my visit, but, honestly, this one thing would deter me from returning.

I was not advised that you were an out of network provider for insurance-that would be easy and I feel paramount to communicate so I can make informed choices.
The female who performed my exam has some significant personal hygiene concerns-her breath smelled quite bad, her hair was greasy and overall her appearance was not professional. I almost left the exam and in retrospect I should have.
Lastly, the condition of the office was poor-there were ups type boxes all over the floor, stacks of paperwork everywhere and a general disorganized appearance-again I should have left but did not. I will not be returning to your practice and deeply regret trusting you with my care!

My appointment was very informative. The doctor brought some things to my attention that were very important and I truly appreciate it because I've been having some ongoing issues, so I'm very grateful. In addition the staff was great!!! Office manager has the BEST sense of humor. I could have stayed with her all day long laughing to tears. The glasses choice was amazing and I even got a 40% discount. Yayyyyyy!!!!! Overall great experience! Good job!
