I had such a great experience with 20/20 this week. From the initial call to make an appointment to picking up the glasses. My exam was with Dr. Phan in Carbondale. He was patient and answered all my questions. I don't remember the tech's name but, she was clearly very knowledgeable and also answered all my questions. The person helping with choosing glasses was friendly and helpful and when I passed through Glenwood less than an hour later, my glasses were ready. Thank you 20/20!
