Black Diamond Eye Care

Emily offered to look at and hopefully repair my sunglasses... just the day prior, a technician at the other Black Diamond location told me they were unfixable. After a little TLC and a few tries, Emily was able to get me back into my favorite sunglasses. FOREVER GRATEFUL!

I chose Black Diamond for my new glasses after a mediocre experience elsewhere. GREAT CHOICE! Black Diamond's enthusiasm for delivering excellent service is obvious! A few specifics: -Donna (optician) was very thorough in placing my order so everything would be done perfectly. She answered my questions and delivered excellent service. - Angela (manager) sent me a text on the day my glasses were ready for pickup, and alerted me that they would be closing early for staff training. This made it possible to pick them up before they closed early. I was impressed by this proactive gesture, it shows Black Diamond's commitment to service! - On my first visit in, I overheard a team member (Dianna) chatting with her coworker as she got ready to leave at the end of her shift. Dianna was saying that she was tired, and anxious to get home. Understandable! She put on her backpack, gathered her things, and headed for the door. As she was on her way out, a customer was on his way in. Knowing that all of her fellow staff members were busy with other customers, she took off her backpack and asked him how she could help. I was impressed that she put the customer ahead of her own desire to go home, something I am not used to seeing. Great commitment to service.

Black Diamond Eye Care is fantastic. From check-in to the exam itself, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly cares about patient comfort, and the doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly without feeling rushed. The office is clean, modern, and well organized, and the technology they use made the exam quick and easy. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient everyone was, especially when answering questions about eye health and prescription options. Was sent here from the VA and I'm glad they did. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The optometrist is amazing and he even showed the images of my eyes and explained the different areas they look at for spots of concern. This was a first for me and was grateful to learn as well. They have a secure portal as well for secure messaging and your information on your script. All your pre tests were completed by some great staff as well that really cared and friendly. Would highly recommend this office.

Five Star Review! The doctor has been patient working through a million questions. On top of it, Emily has been phenomenal to work with. She found the perfect selection of frames for me to choose from combining my style and face shape for a set of frames I may not have chosen for myself, but love and get complimented regularly. Excellent service all the way around!

Love this practice - the team here works together cohesively to provide an excellent experience for their patients. Dr. Putnam is friendly, caring, communicative, and most importantly, an excellent doctor! I loved working with Angela to choose new eyeglass frames and sunglasses- she was patient, honest and incredibly helpful with the insurance piece of things (as well as which frames suited my face and why). 10 out of 10!

We love it at Black Diamond, been going there for years. Emily helped us at our last visit and was absolutely fantastic! She spent almost an hour with my husband and I finding frames that fit us perfectly, running through insurance benefits, etc. We felt incredibly taken care of and like she really cared. Great experience and so happy Emily was the one that helped us!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Morris and the entire team at Black Diamond Eye Care. Every aspect of the visit was handled efficiently and professionally, from the front desk to the clinical staff. Dr. Morris was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain all details. We will be scheduling appointments for the rest of our family.
