Ok I am debunking any bad review for this Walmart Vision location. I had an eye exam that was quick and professional. Then I wanted lenses replaced for some cool frames I found, and the manager there was fantastic. They were very thorough and made sure I understood the options and process. In addition, I won't be able to pick them up at this location and needed them shipped no another. They called the other location to verify everything for smooth sailing. I left very excited for my new glasses and extremely satisfied with the service!

Visited this doctor to get a visual acuity test completed for work. The doctor did not record his state license number on the report. I called today to ask for the state license number and the lady I spoke to was very rude, would not provide any information, and hung up on me. They are very unprofessional. If you expect things to be completed correctly and to be treated with respect you may want to find another location.

Today Monday Dec. 20,2021 I called the Walmart vision center in commerce city to schedule eye exams for my daughter and myself,piss poor service from the time the rep. answered the phone. She starts off by telling me she just walked in and was going to place me on a 3-4 minute hold because she needed to get herself moving!! I held on the line for fifteen minutes before hanging up!!! I will not be going there for my exam I will find somewhere else to take my business .

never had trouble with the optical personal, only took over 10 rings to get someone to answer the phone. the people here are helpful when you walk in. but the lab they use for making the glasses must suck two pairs and they never really worked right. tri-focals might be harder to make but the lab had to make the one pair twice. had no trouble with the eye doctor.

i end up at this vision center after going to visionworks since they where very misinformed on my insurance coverage and never really bother in checking they assumed it was only a "discount program". thanks to a nice helpful lady whose name is T.J. for checking with my insurance and get the most out of my coverage, they are fast, efficient and the optometrist very professional and informative, looking forward to come back.

The true armpit of optical and let me tell you they really stink. Don't get them confused with Walmart optical they are the private quacks the Walmart leases space to alongside the optical department. Their company name is Clear Vision Associates PC. Very disturbing organization they have 3 locations Denver, Commerce City and Aurora. If you happen to encounter these quacks RUN. I have said enough and not trying to start a new career by documenting the numerous frustrations caused by the sub standard quacks.
