I wasn't even a paying customer today and they treated me so well and did me such an amazing favor! I needed prescription lenses (from my last optometrist in a diff state) transferred from broken frames to new frames I ordered on the internet. I took my stuff to the other optometrist office in Conifer first, but they sent me away because they couldn't pop the lenses into my new frames, so I called Sightlines. The front desk was very helpful and competent on the phone, and when I arrived all of the staff, including the optometrist, was super pleasant and welcoming. The optician tried her darnest to get the lenses in and was very experienced and communicative. In the end, the new frames measured a tad smaller than the older version and the lenses indeed too big, so I was about to turn towards the door when she offered to call their lab for me to see if their lab could adjust the lenses (the other place wasn't willing to do that!). The optician even offered to send my new frames and lenses into their lab for me at hardly any cost. Did I mention I'm not even a patient here yet? When I need new lenses, I'll definitely be back. I have been a customer of Dr. Trinka for 20 years. He qualified, recommended and then followed my post Laser Surgery for me. Over the years my eyes have changed and I feel very comfortable having Dr. Trinka as my optometrists. His office always has had exception staff.

He was the first doctor to catch my alternating exotropia after other doctors told me I was crazy. Dr. Trinka is fantastic and I think everyone should come here.

They should really work on their time frame for getting glasses it take 3-4 weeks not 1-2.
