Alpine Vision

We have been with Alpine Vision for a long time (10++ years). The facility is always clean/comfortable. The staff is professional/knowledgeable and answers all questions. DR. Chris is the Best!

I am always nervous going into new offices because I've had... not terrible, but dicey experiences in the past when I knew I wasn't being taken care of. It was a different story today. The wonderful admin was organized, so sweet, and welcoming. The assistant was knowledgeable, made all of the tests a breeze, and was easy to talk to. Dr. Arbaugh was also personable, determined to find what was best for me and explained the "why" and "how" everything worked and what to expect in the future. Then, when I sat down to pick out some frames, the lovely associate happened to be pretty fantastic as well. Supportive, charismatic and honest! Never once did she push me into buying something extra or tell me an add on would be better when it really wouldn't benefit me with what I need. I am extatic to have found this place and am over the moon with my overall experience. Thank y'all so much for taking care of me! If I were better with names, I would have mentioned each of you individually.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The front desk team made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer my questions about insurance and appointment details without making me feel rushed. The optometrist was incredibly thorough during my exam, explaining each step clearly and making sure I understood my options. I really appreciated how they listened carefully to my concerns and tailored their recommendations to fit my needs rather than pushing unnecessary products. When it came time to choose frames, Toni was patient and helpful, offering honest feedback and helping me find a pair that fits comfortably and looks great. Their knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Overall, the entire experience was efficient, friendly, and professional.

I have been going to this place for a very long time and have always had good customer service with the staff though I have noticed that in the past 3 yrs the staff up front has not been the same always different people. Today I had a different Dr. He was very nice. But the lady that set me up with glasses today no customer service what so ever I don't know if it was because the VA was paying for my appt (just like every other previous yr). I tried asking questions and just recieved very, very short answers and I don't care attitude so I stopped asking and left. I think it is time to find a different place to go.

We love Alpine Vision, and are so thankful for finding them! We have never had a bad experience at Alpine Vision. The staff is always friendly and do a great job with my daughter!

The customer service at this site is absolutely amazing! The communication between Doctor and the entire staff was very informative and comforting! I experienced and witnessed a welcoming and concern for Alpine patients!

Dr. Merryman Is the best optometrist I've had in a very long time. She is caring and answers all my questions and I had plenty. Her concern for my overall health shows how much she cares for her patients. Highly recommend the Alpine Vision in Falcon.
