I came to Table Mountain Vision as a new patient and had a very positive experience. Everyone from the people at the front desk to the doctor were helpful and kind. Dr. Martin was great to work with and treated me like I had been a patient of hers for many years. She made me feel informed, comfortable, and heard. I left the appointment with exactly what I had came in for and didn't feel pressured in any way. The person who wrapped up the appointment with me was able to give me information about my insurance that would've taken me a lot of time and effort to figure out myself. Overall a really great experience, and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care!

Whoever is in charge of the phones needs help.
They canceled my appointment due to a power outage but did not bother to notify me. I drove for over 20 minutes to find out. Then, when my glasses were done, they once again did not call or text. I found out they were done when I called a few weeks later to check on them. They claimed to have texted me but my phone had no text or missed call from them.
The staff that I dealt with in the office were great, this would have been a solid 5 star review if they could've picked up the phone and called me.

AVOID! Went in for an exam left with scratched glasses.
My exam revealed that my prescription had not changed and my current pair of glasses were adequate. Unfortunately, the tech left a deep scratch when tightening the screws, so my perfectly fine glasses now need to be replaced at a cost of $398.
