First and foremost, Dr Manry is freaking awesome. You want him as your optometrist.
This rating is purely a reflection on the waiting times at the Lafayette location. Without fail, for every appointment we've had at this location, we have never been seen on time with delays ranging from 30-90 (yes, 90) minutes. This includes appointments made for first thing in the morning. It's unclear if they overbook or what, but my heart sinks every time I walk in to the waiting room and there are already 15 people sitting there because I know it's going to be a long visit.
For whatever reason, the Longmont location does not have this issue, they're incredibly expedient.
