Mountain Top Eye Care

I needed glasses for the first time at 40 yrs old and I went everywhere (my eye dr, Costco, Walmart, Visionworks) and I couldn't find frames I wanted or good benefits with my insurance. I have great insurance with VSP and when I came into Mountain Top Eye Care, Barbara understood my plan immediately and helped me out. They have an excellent selection and the whole process was top notch. I went back this year with an updated RX and the process was even faster and Barbara explained so much to me to help me pick out the best options for prescription sunglasses. I cannot recommend them enough! The customer service is 6 stars.

I booked my appointment last minute and they still moved everything along without delay. Check-in went fast and the eye exam stayed efficient from start to finish. The team stayed organized and clear the whole time. I felt taken care of and walked out sooner than expected. Highly recommended!

I would give 500 stars if I could! Something flew into my eye this afternoon, and after several hours, it was still causing immense pain. I tried eye rinses, physical inspection, eye drops... nothing. I called my established eye care center--Summit Vision Eye Care--and was told, "we're full today--try urgent care." Considering how much money I spent there last year on glasses, it felt incredibly demeaning to be ignored like that. In desperation, I called a few other places, and Mountain Top Eye Care saved the day!! The woman answering the phone took me so seriously, and told me they'd fit me in, and to come right away. My wife drove me down, and the doctor saw me immediately. In literally three minutes, she identified the tiniest speck of dirt, and removed it from my eye. The pain relief was instant!! I felt so betrayed by the other clinic, but Mountain Top Eye Care has earned a patient as long as I live here. If you're looking for a clinic that's helpful on both good days and bad, this is the one. HUGE thank you for helping me today!!

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and everyone was so kind and attentive. They really listened and took note of my eye health history, explained what my insurance would cover, and made sure I had an idea of the cost beforehand. I appreciated how thorough and patient everyone was throughout the whole visit.

I'm so glad to have found this hidden gem! I've been frustrated with the high cost of frames and lenses at my previous eye doctor locations. Mountain Top had so many affordable, quality frames to choose from. Barbara's skills are top notch. She was super patient, listened to my needs, and helped me find a pair of glasses that I love and fit into my budget. I'll be coming here for my next eye exam too.

Best experience! Extremely knowledgeable through every step of my eye exam and with breaking down my insurance and what is recommended for glasses. The doctor and front office are experts and made me feel so comfortable! Would recommend coming here for anyone.

Dr Rodriguez was a delight. She has the newest equipment, no dilation needed and the burst of air that has you on edge for the second eye I hardly noticed. She and her staff are knowledgeable and so friendly. Totally recommend!!!
