I had a vision/glasses exam at another ophthalmologist's office and found the Rx to be inaccurate. I called in to Eye Care Center where I have been treated for other issues and was able to get an appointment fast at the office not far away from my regular office. Dr.Krone was thorough and friendly - my Rx was indeed different. He also told me I could skip a feature in new glasses to save money.

Dr Krone fulfilled all my expectations and then some. I especially appreciated his warm , genuine introduction and welcome. Our visit and conversation was profesional and relaxed. He explained things very clearly and took time to listen and address my questions and concerns. Even though I found out that I was now legally blind in one eye, I left my appointment totally satisfied with my care and confident that he and I agreed on how to proceed. I highly recommend Dr. KRONE!

I had to wait a while (30 minutes or so) but it was worth it. Dr. Krone was thorough and creative in his recommendations for my sight issues, and his office followed up efficiently with the Longmont office, my regular, closer location. Plus, he was smart, had a good sense of humor, and didn't make me feel like he was rushing me out.

Dr. Krone took me in for a last minute emergency appointment. Went through all the tests to see what was going on before he asked "one more" question before going fourth and finalizing something that would have cost a lot of money. He found the solution was really a $25 solve. I definitely came to the right place with this guy.

Dr. Krone joined the Eye Care Center in February 2009 after more than a decade of experience in private practice in Evanston, Illinois.
