All About Kids Vision

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE. My girls and myself ALWAYS get treated with care, love and respect. I live out in the country and i would rather drive 3 hours to get here then to go somewhere else. I love the staff and the environment. I HIGHLY recomend this place.

Today I received a call from a collection agency telling me that I have a past due with this eye clinic. They stated that you bright eyes tried to mail me a notice three times to indicate my balance. I never received any kind notice, EVER. Phone call perhaps? Actually sending the notice? Anything to indicate your business is not an unintelligent robot? To prelude the above sentences I came in for a standard eye check up earlier this year so that I could get my contact prescription renewed. I was sent to your office by my insurance company at the time as they said your office would accept their insurance. After coming in the lady at the front desk said they would not take my insurance. Understanding confusion happens I called my insurance company and put them in direct contact with the manager. The manager was very nice and understanding unlike the other people I dealt with that were brushing me off and giving a "its not my problem" attitude and said he got it all taken care....so I thought. When I left I paid whatever my deductible was and thought that would be the end of it. Months and months later (today) I get the phone call from the collection agency. I can't even begin to describe how frustrating this is as I have never had a bill sent to collections before. I am very diligent to pay my bills (the ones I know of anyway) and thus ensure my credit is clean. SO rather than wasting everyone's time of starting a he said she said battle between the insurance company you guys I have simply paid the balance, which I would of also happily done if you would ACTUALLY reached out to me once!! I write this review today to tell you that you have disappointed me very greatly as a business thus you will never get my business again. But a second point of this review is that you can be made aware of your "mistakes" and hopefully do not do it to anyone else. The medical insurance world needs a stiff wake up call as you are failing the people you set out to help. If you were to actually care about humans instead of money I feel like this would not happen as often. Also just wanted to say that the doctor I saw was actually quality, the office staff not so much...

I love this clinic!! I have been bringing my kids in here since they were 5 and every time i come in im greeted with smiles and all my questions are answered. I leave the clinic knowing i will come back every year ! The staff is amazing!

I've come to this ophthalmologist since I was a child and there's no other place better than All About Kids Vision! I highly recommend it!

Took my 6 year old to get her eyes checked because she failed the one at school. They did her exam and after she received her glasses she did not like wearing them because she could see better without them (she would tell me) I called the office multiple times to tell them and the front office lady told me she has to deal with it because that's the prescription the doctor gave her and hung up on me. I finally took her somewhere else and her prescription is cut down MORE than half of what they gave her at this office. DO NOT take your kids!!!

They booked us during everyone's lunch break. Only patient there and waited over an hour. Front desk were rude. It has been over 3 weeks and still haven't received my glasses. I DO NOT recommend this place and I regret even going in the first place.

My son has gotten great care here. He has been here going on 3 years. Staff has been helpful and the doctors he has seen have been great.

The ladies in the vision office took lots of time to make sure I had my questions answered. They were also patient with my indecisiveness. Thanks for all of your help today!
