They dropped VA Community Care patients, which is fine if they don't want to deal with the VA, but now I'm getting AI messages at 7:30p and hounded even though I can't use them. Don't know what changed, don't care. Whoever bought them and dropped VACC is failing at recognizing patient origins which is poor record keeping and poor management. Do you want your healthcare providers to have poor record management? I wouldn't.
UPDATE: response from owner acceptable. Will remove review in 2 weeks if no other attempts to contact me are made.

I used this optometrist and was ultimately scammed. As a new patient, they informed me I had an "entirely wrong prescription" for what I needed. I proceeded to use my new glasses from Alpine for months as instructed by the clinic and they never improved; thus I went back to using my old glasses. When I called to ask about concerns they said "give it more time".
My new optometrist informed me my new glasses (frames + lens) showed "anti glare" and only 0.25 in one lens which is completely off from my prescription...making a ense why my glasses never worked.
They were disorganized from the moment I walked in until now. The optometrist was friendly but in my opinion this clinic is not trust worthy. Do not waste your time or money here and go elsewhere.

Really disappointing experience. Horrible customer service with no accountability or follow-up. After an initial exam, I have had to call 3-4 times just to get basic things like my prescription and pricing on contacts. Once I did order new contacts, I was never given a receipt or tracking number but was told they would arrive within 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went and I had to follow up yet again.
The front office told me that MAYBE my left eye contacts would arrive within the next week and that there was no confirmation of the order either way. The only thing I know for certain is that my credit card was charged and they can't tell me if/when the mysterious contacts will ever arrive.

Just had an appointment today, and it was amazing! Emily was the person that helped me pick out my glasses, and she did an amazing job doing so! Brynn was the tech and she was super nice! Every one greeted me with a smile, and they were super friendly! Dr. Admire was also super nice and made me laugh! I will definitely be coming back here!

Dr Admire was incredibly knowledgeable and, just as importantly, friendly and helpful. She took the time to thoroughly explain my issue which took away my anxiety over suddenly having blurred vision. They offered technology which enabled me to get an image of my eye anatomy without the inconvenience of getting my pupils dilated, which I had been dreading, so it was great not having to do that. Setting the appointment was a breeze and the staff was able to squeeze me in on short notice, which worked well for my schedule. The office is conveniently located a short-drive from downtown. I have an extremely busy work schedule with lots of travel as well as part-time parenting responsibilities, so my life is hectic and it was great being able to get in for the appointment and to the practice with little hassle. Very glad I was able to connect with this practice. 100% recommend!

Condescending office staff, the gal who does the first exam talked to me like a child. Emily, the doctor was sweet but ran around like a chicken with her head cut off. She was seeing five other patients and me all at our 1:00 appointments. Chaotic. I wished I would have read the reviews before I scheduled and attended an appointment here. They almost refused to give me my records. Please read and believe the reviews because they are true.
