This practice, and especially Dr. Volkin, Demi and Dr. Lipscomb set the bar high for exemplary professional care, compassion and communication. Dr. Volkin went above and beyond to research an underlying condition and medication, including communicating with one of my other providers, to ensure the most positive outcomes for me. Despite the normal anxiety that comes with any surgery, I trust Dr. Volkin and his team without question. That trust is rightfully earned, and unwavering. "Thank you" barely expresses my gratitude. After years of frustration, I love my "new" eyes! I will be honored to refer family and friends.

All was well and received good care at this facility. Until I called to notify them that the eye drops they gave me in my cataract pre/ post op kit were expired. Not just a little expired. Over a year expired. Not.\nTo mention the fact you or your insurance pays for those kits. Asked them for assurances that they would go through their kits to make sure that they are not distributing expired eye drops and that they're doing everything possible to ensure that no other expired samples are being given out to patients. Was met with extreme rudeness and defensiveness of what could be of significant risk to patients. They passed it off like it was no big deal and I was a disgruntled customer. I actually wasn't until this phone call and believed I was doing them a service letting them know. I was shaking after the call. As a patient of over fifty years old, I've never been met with such disregard to my well being and the well being of others.
