My experience at Colorado Retina was 10 out of 10 amazing! I cannot say enough about how thrilled I was with my time on the phone eith them, and in the facility! First of all everyone there was amazing and kind, but I can't say thank you enough to Curtis who was super patient, calming, and helpful on the phone while I was having a big scare with my eyes. He helped get me in for an urgent appointment at the end of the day, and he didn't try to just get my info and get off the phone but went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me figure my next steps. Logan and Laura at the front desk were super helpful and awesome when I arrived! It's so nice to have friendly people there to help when you're stressed out. Emma was a super amazing tech who made the whole experience fun and easy. She asked great questions, took her time to listen, and made the whole process of being at the eye doctors enjoyable while I was dealing with potentially scary unknowns. Andrea was awesome and super helpful with all of the imaging. And last but definitely not least was Dr. Betty who was so delightful and insightful. Not only was she kind and caring and took extra time to answer all of my questions, but she was super attentive and detail oriented to make sure that everything with my eyes were good and healthy! This was something rare in my experience with doctors, as some who are friendly aren't always detail oriented, and some who are detail oriented usually don't have great table-side manners. With Dr. Betty not only do you get both a high level of care and competence, but you also get someone who is willing to take her time with you rather than just get you in and out, which is also a rarity. My time at Colorado Retina was amazing and I'm never going to anywhere else after this great of an experience with them! Huge thank you to Curtis, Logan, Lauren, Emma, Andrea, and Dr. Betty! Thank you so much for the delightful visit!

Busy place, but eff8cient. Front desk team was excellent - veey patient with folks. Nikki Anderson, for initial exam & dilation was excellent. Thorouh and friendly. Tim with digital exam also very good. After that, Dr. H was good, his assistant pretty aloof, (no intro, sat in empty room 20 min.) Overall, In and out in 1.5 hours. l will go back.

I've been to Colorado Retina Cherry Creek Office but followed a doctor to this office. Still as professional as the other office. Well organized, great care, excellent doctors. They are there to help you. Eyes are so important and vital. Appointment are a little long but they do testing and dilating and a thorough job. Ample parking. Nice facility.

My husband was referred to the Lakewood location for an oncology consultation, and we had an amazing experience with the technician Emma in particular! She was incredibly helpful in explaining the test procedures he needed and how follow-up appointments were scheduled. Thank you, Emma!

I would like to commend Cheyenne, my screener today, for her very professional, sweet and caring nature. She was very polite and very detailed every step of the way during my visit.

Nikki A. was amazing with my grandmother. She is patient, kind, and incredibly attentive. She and Dr. Hovland have made a real difference in helping my grandma feel supported and confident continuing her care.

Everyone here--Showeit, Payton, Jeff, DeAndre, Lilly, Dr. Adam--everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and friendly. Dr. Adam explained everything clearly and seemed very patient and compassionate. Highly recommend!!

Niki and Dr Levison were great. Niki was very friendly and kind, she made me very comfortable. Dr Levison quickly diagnosed me and facilitated my care.
