My elderly grandmother came here to pick up her new glasses and as she was trying them on the prescription was so strong that she couldn't see or even stand. They made her dizzy and upset her stomach. She could see better without her glasses on. Obviously they put the wrong prescription but they won't admit that. They refused to help her and only offered to charge more money for more services. She couldn't use the new glasses so they gave her 50% of what she paid. This company profited $320 off some glasses they made wrong and from a elderly couple on a fixed income. Worst customer service and very rude. The negative reviews tell the truth about this business. I highly recommend taking your business to a company that won't take advantage of our elders.

After an initially frustrating experience over the weekend I got a call from Andy saying they resolved an issue in purchasing my frames and sent it to the doctor! This is a huge sigh of relief and demonstrates a fantastic dedication to customer service and patience bedside manor.

I have been seeing Dr. Kumar for 15 years....that alone should tell everyone how wonderful he and his team are. Denver Eye Surgeons has been a Godsend for me more than once!!

Awful experience with customer service! They always say the order will be shipped in two weeks but I haven't heard anything after 6 weeks. Always the person who in charge is not available and never call me back for the update and never say sorry.

Seeing an eye doctor here was by far the worst experience I've ever had! He was very rude and told me to refrain from asking questions as he did an eye exam on me. Worst customer service ever. I left the office in tears because of how rude he was, stay far away from this place!

Awful attitudes and rude, inconsistent customer service. I'll never ever purchase there when the competition for my $$ is so much better with other competing companies.
