Dr. Benjamin T. Warta, OD

I've been going to Dr. Warta for more than a decade and I wish I liked ALL my doctors as much as I like him. He's thorough, explains everything in a way I understand, has the latest equipment, has never kept me waiting--and is a really, really nice person. His office is also very efficiently run--and they're just as nice as he is. I highly recommend this office--and Dr. Warta.

I've been going to Dr. Warta for years. The office staff is always very nice whether on the phone or on person. With 3 offices I never have a problem getting an appt. I use the Lakewood and Highlands Ranch offices but mostly Lakewood. Dr. Warta is great. He takes the time to explain things and make sure that my family is taken care of and answers all of our questions.

I've been going to Vision Care Specialists for close to 30 years. I used to see Dr. Mark Jaehning, but as he recently retired I was left to choosing a new Ophthalmologist. I've always received fantastic service from Vision Care Specialists and I was happy to find Dr. Warta. I have seen Dr. Warta the past three years and I leave the annual exam leaning more about my eyes and how I can care for them with a uniquely personal service that Dr. Warta provides.

Office staff and their "office policy" made this one of the WORST customer experiences I've had in a long time. I went to the wrong address right across C470 on Broadway and called to tell Dr Wartas office that I would be a few min late as I just got the correct address. The poorly-trained girl at the front said "our company policy says we can't see you if you are more than 7 min late." She said I had to reschedule. I had moved a meeting and took a client zoom call while sitting in my car to ensure I would t be late and then to realize a 7 min delay is not accommodated is infuriating! COMPANY POLICY?! Well my policy is I will NEVER return. How long do customers sit waiting? First this is the worst thing to say to a customer. Second, there are so many optometrists in Littleton that your policy will surely hurt your business. I speak on marketing and customer service at conferences and will be using this as one of the WORST customer experiences I have had.

The very best and most professional service. My rimless frames broke. I sure wish someone in the office was working remotely so I could find my frame size and order a replacement online. I could then have my lenses put in when the office opens and not have to wait another 3 weeks.

Dr. Warta is an exceptional Optometrist, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient and will spend as much time as needed to address any vision concerns.

Dr. Warta is a great ophthalmologist. He uses state of the art equipment to thoroughly asses the health of your vision.

Dr Warta was great. Very friendly and knows what he's doing - helped me find a better contact lense that wasn't so expensive.
