Foothills Vision Center

I had a wonderful experience at this vision center and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality eye care. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made check-in easy and created such friendly atmosphere. Dr. Hennessy was excellent -- very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during my exam. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. It's clear she truly cares about his patients and their eye health. The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and pleasant from start to finish. Great staff, great doctor, and overall a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be returning for future appointments!

I went to Foothills Vision today after struggling to get good customer service and consistent eye care for the past few years at a different eye care business. I saw Dr Hennessey. What a refreshing experience! The staff were very friendly and professional. They all took the time to understand my unique eye care situation, and Dr Hennessey offered several options to address my needs. I'm so glad I switched to Foothills Vision!

Welp, from beginning to end that was a wonderful experience! In a time where good customer service is hard to find, Foothills Vision Center went above and beyond. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the woman who did my initial tests, to Dr. Krajewski were all so friendly, but also efficient. Dr. Krajewski was so down to earth and seemed very knowledgeable and explained my prescription to me (which no one ever has)! I learned a lot. And when I was looking at frames the receptionist came over and helped me with no judgements when I was quick to say a frame was not my style. Happy to have found such a wonderful office so close to my home.

I have been going to Foot Hills Vision Center for about 7 years. It is a well run practice, where customer focus comes first. I was glad to find a place that hasn't been taken over by corporate management. The Doctors are attentive and spend time with you, to ensure that your questions have been answered.

I've been very impressed by Foothills Vision Center. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The selection of frames is fantastic and I was given time to make a choice that suits my style and needs. Over the course of several years, I have had several negative experiences here. First, I was pressured into adding coatings I didn't want to my eyeglass lenses, telling the optician no, but literally having her respond, "I think you want them so I'm just going to add them". Of course they all came with a hefty cost as well. Then I needed to obtain my prescription from them which took several emails. They claim to have a portal now where you can access this info; I've asked for info on how to set it up twice and have never received it. My most recent visit, I gave them my health insurance info before the visit and then again as I checked in. My insurance covers one eye exam per year, and Foothills is in-network for them. I was never told any differently during the pre-paperwork or at the front desk. Then as I went to check out, they tried to charge me over $200 for the visit claiming they weren't in network for my insurance. I showed them the app where they were listed as a provider and my benefits which included one eye exam. Then their financial person finally called my insurance, and sure enough, my eye exam was covered. However, she phrased it as "I was able to get that waived for you" like she worked some magic or something rather than what was actually happening, which was trying to scam me out of money. I gave two stars because the doctors here actually seem to be good and have given me useful information, but the front desk folks here are sorely lacking, and for that, I won't be returning.

Service was prompt and thorough, as usual. I have been a patient here for 15 years and have always had excellent service from Dr. K and his team. I highly recommend their practice.

Everyone at Foothills Vision is wonderful. Dr. Gross was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain my imaging and what to watch for in the future. It's clear that she truly cares about her patients' well-being. Highly recommend!
