I had the most thorough eye exam - ever - and I've worn glasses for over 45 years. Dr. Hay was wonderful. I'd had many issues with my current glasses. Dr. Hay - and a terrific assistant - took their time to get things right for me. I no longer have to switch glasses to drive and then to read. It's amazing. I chose frames and my glasses were ready in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend Insight Eye Care!

Dr. Zembke is an amazing doctor. He explains everything. Allows questions and has always found the best prescription for my eyeglasses. He is the best of the best. To make the office better, his staff is incredible! So patient, friendly, helpful and very easy going. It really seems like they want to be there. I really appreciate the honesty when selecting my frames. The staff gives great recommendations and they really are thorough when placing the order for glasses. There's no secret charges or up charges here. They are here for the patient. I also appreciate the back crews. The tests are not too bad. We always have good conversations. The environment is great and very comfortable. If you want the best eye care center, this office is a 20 out of 10!!!! That's not a typo! They are the BEST!

I was a walk-in with a somewhat serious issue that required immediate attention. They were able to squeeze my in rather quickly. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and sympathetic to my plight. The doctor got me fixed up without being rushed or made to feel like an inconvenience. I found my new eye office.

Please send me my prescription, as your staff stated they would, before this turns into an honest (and very poor) review. It's the least you can do. Don't go here if you are a veteran Edit: Referred here by VA community care even though it was farther than the VA facility. Drove 4hrs in the snow to get to the appointment, was told I'd be mailed my glasses, ended up with an eye infection. Several days later I was left a voicemail by Kenzie that my glasses prescription cannot be filled by Insight Eyecare and I will have to take my prescription to the VA for glasses. I asked Kenzie to email me my prescription, verified my email with them, and waited. Still have not received my prescription and dealt with all this for no reason since the business cannot coordinate with the VA and does not function at the bare minimum to at least send my prescription, as I have been told twice by the business now that I would be.

Highly recommend this place! My sons and I have been coming here for 20+ years. Dr. Zemke and his team are great and very knowledgeable and professional. I am confident you will be satisfied coming here.

Insight Eyecare Center is a great option for anyone looking for a good eye care practice. The office is nice with a good selection of glasses. The center uses current technology and provided a very comprehensive examination that included peripheral vision and depth perception. I appreciated the ease of scheduling as a first time client and had a great experience. I highly recommend it.

I am new to this practice. Dr Zemke and Dr Hay as well as all the staff have been wonderful. All are very kind and caring and helpful.
