Fantastic experience every time I go in. Dr. Mok was wonderful. Finn was pleasant and helpful. Lauren was patient and helpful while we figured out my insurance information. Another woman with red hair who works there, whose name I cannot place has also always been wonderful.

My sunglass nose piece was digging into the bridge of my nose. I stopped in and asked if anything could be done. I got my glasses fully adjusted to fit me perfectly. I didn't purchase them at Lens Crafter and they still helped me. Great service!!

Very late review but I came in about a month or two ago to see if someone could fix my glasses (had sat on them) and Finn immediately took them and fixed them! Such a great job. Really friendly service. Browsed while they were being fixed and there are a lot of nice frames.

Dr. Amy was fantastic, she really listened and I'm excited to finally see better! Holly was such a delight and even came over to help me pick the best pair of glasses. She's a gem! Finn was super helpful and walked me through lots of questions. Annie was also very helpful when I was there with my son. All in all....great location and great staff.

I had a wonderful experience at this LensCrafters location. From the front desk staff to the eye doctor Amy, to the manager Annie, it was top notch! I can "see" so much better with the RX I got from Dr. Amy than my previous RX. And Annie, the manager picked out several frame options that were exactly what I liked (I ended up choosing one of her recommendations). No idea how she did such a good job, but every one of the frames was a great look on me! She has a natural knack for this business. Such a wonderful experience with such awesome professionals who so obviously care and "listen" to your needs and wants. I'll definitely be back and recommend this location to anyone I know needing new eyewear!!

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. The exam was fine, and Lauren was helpful when I picked my frame. The everything went downhill from there. The glasses have been on order for over six weeks! I called to check the status two weeks after ordering them (since they were supposed to be in by then) and I was told "they should be in any day". Two weeks later, same rhetoric and promises to call with any changes. Nothing! Customer service 800 number told me they would be in on January 21st. They weren't. No phone call, no update...Now it has been over six weeks and I was told they should come in any day. I had to cancel my order and I will never return.

From Holly at the front desk, to Dr. Amy, to Lauren who helped me pick out my glasses and Patrick who rang me up; my experience was great. It was a busy time to come into the store, but Lauren and Patrick managed the crowd with a friendly greeting and professionalism as they continued to help the current customer in front of them. Lauren was patient with me as I asked questions and she diligently worked to see what the best deal would be (through insurance or the discount the company was offering). I appreciated the time she spent with me and the fact that she never made me feel rushed. I will gladly go to the LensCrafters again in the future.

We just needed a quick adjustment for myself and my daughter and the manager was very friendly and squeezed us in quickly and for no charge! Fantastic! Will go back next time I need new frames.
