I had the pleasure of working with Zachary who I hear is still very new. I couldn't decide which frames I liked the best and informed him that I probably only be able to do one as I don't have vision insurance. He went out of his way to help me get a better deal so I could get both frames. I believe that he's a valuable asset to that team as he very easy to work with and hold a conversation with. He's pleasant and good with patients.
Overall, everyone in the optical department are always happy and helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Love the people who handle the appointments and everything!! Talked to a lady with short blonde hair about getting my glasses tighten and she was rude. Told me I just need a new pair of glasses and didn't even try to see if she can do anything else. The doctor let me know they can try to tighten it or replace the screw and she didn't even try to accommodate. Would go for the appointment again but not the glasses.

After years of patronizing this store and spending thousands of dollars here I will never return. I called the store and asked if they could share my pupil distance measurements with me. A nice gentleman on the phone offered to measure me if I stopped in. When I went the next day a woman in the store was immediately very rude and said "We don't do that, why would I measure you so that you can go purchase glasses elsewhere." No conversation, no asking me if I was a patron or looking up my purchase history in the store, just immediate rudeness. It had not even been a full year since my last purchase in the store. But I will never return after being spoken to like that.
