Dr. Salazar and Erica were really awesome. Dr. Salazar is so knowledgeable and thorough. He educated me on eye health by explaining my scans and the causes of my dry eye. Erica was super awesome in helping me find frames that fit my budget snd explaining how my insurance works. Reception and the assistant were so helpful and cheerful. It was a refreshing experience and I will definitely return.

I came in looking for glasses, and they had the best selection in all of Lakewood. Erica helped me out after I narrowed it down to a couple of pairs I liked and quickly put together some pricing for me. She did a great job adjusting the specs so I could get to a price that worked for me. I can highly recommend this place because of the great selection and the staff.

I recently visited MyEyeDr for my daughter's very first eye exam. She saw Dr. Warta and he was amazing. He is knowledgeable and made her feel so comfortable during her first eye doctor visit. Unfortunately, the frame selection process at the Highlands Ranch location was challenging. We were simply pointed in the direction of a few drawers holding children's frames and were offered minimal/no guidance in finding a frame that best fit my daughter's small toddler's face. I left feeling very uncertain and very uncomfortable about our choice. I then decided to call the Lakewood location to determine if they had alternative frame options and more advice. Lakewood's office manager, Axcel, and optician, Amanda, both took the time to not only help find the best fitting frames, but also spend extra time finding colors that my picky toddler was happy with. Once the frames arrived, Amanda was so precise in how she fit the glasses to my daughter's face perfectly. They went above and beyond and completely turned my experience around! Because of them and Dr. Warta, I will be returning to MyEyeDr's Lakewood location in the future.

Avoid at all costs. I've been to this location ten times in the last three months, trying to get a new set of frames. Both times, the frames were comfortable when I was trying them on. Both times, when they arrived, they were extremely uncomfortable. They are getting horribly bent in the process from ordering to receiving. The first pair, they could not adjust them in a way that was comfortable to wear. I just wanted a refund because I really didn't have much confidence in them, but they would not give me a refund. Instead, they let me pick out a new pair of frames. So I returned, picked out a pair that felt very comfortable. Now, having received them, they are very uncomfortable. They look to have been sat on. One arm was bent way in compared to the other. I had them try to adjust, and it really didn't help at all. They said my strong prescription was to blame. I've had a strong prescription for twenty five years and have never had a quarter of the trouble this place has given me. On top of that, upon arriving home I found that one of the arms was partially melted! I guess the way they bend the frames gets pretty hot, but I would expect an optometrist office to be able to bend glasses without melting them. They won't give me a refund, and what really stinks is I can't go to another optometrist because I've used my yearly benefit at this place. They keep saying "Come in and we will adjust", but I just can't stop in three times a week when there isn't any improvement. Avoid at all costs.

My eye appointment experience with Holly, Dr. Hulse, and Axcel was great! Warm customer service, obvious expertise, and I left with new lenses that noticeablely improved my vision right away. Keep up the great work!!

Erica is amazing and was very helpful to me and my daughter while picking our new glasses. She explained every detail we needed and had questions to. The doctor was also informative about our eye health. Thank you to Erica and Dr Salazar

Erica is AWESOME!!! I walked in with prescription in hand, just needing to buys new frames. Erica was extremely patient with me as I looked at frames and when it came to using my insurance, along with all the additional items I wanted, she was extremely informative and engaged with me. Terrific sense of humor. She made my experience great!

This place is NOW practicing deceptive billing. With my Medicare and a BCBS supplemental my annual eye check includes a glaucoma test and it is paid for by insurance as part of your annual eye test visit. This place isn't doing your glaucoma test during your annual visit. Instead, they make you schedule your glaucoma test for a different day and then they bill you $80 for a separate office visit and $150 for a glaucoma test. They are scamming you to pay more money for glaucoma testing that would have been free if they had done that test during your annual visit. BE AWARE AND BEWARE. Find a different eye care doctor.
