Went in with a suspected corneal ulcer. The staff got me in quickly and everyone took care of my needs in a kind quick manner! They took the time to explain everything in detail to me and did great with getting me in for a follow up a few days later! Highly recommend these guys!

My first time at this location and 2nd time ever dealing with the vision insurance system in the US. I wanted to understand my options as I wasn't sure if I wanted to use my insurance for glasses or contacts. I feel like I was met with kind of a rude attitude and felt like I didn't really get the help I was asking for. I would have wanted to buy glasses but ended up using my insurance for contacts because I did not feel I would have gotten the proper help with trying on glasses. The staff needs to understand that many of us are dealing with these things for the first time in a foreign country, not speaking our native language and need to be met with patience and kindness.

Edit: While everyone is very nice at this location, I wanted to issue a warning to *not* let the associates apply heat to your lenses when fitting your frames. When I picked up my contacts, I brought it a pair of frames I had purchased last year through VSP/Eyeconic (same owners of Visionworks). Unfortunately, the heat on the lenses warped the UV/scratch coating and I can't wear them anymore. I think the associate realized this and still gave them back to me. The only solution I was given was to buy new lenses. --------- I am seriously impressed with this location! I received better service here than the independent office I have been going to for the last few years. In fact - my old office wasn't allowing me to use all my benefits! I had been losing a lot of money by going to my old independent office. All the associates I interacted with were great. (I will update with their names when I go pick up my glasses.) They really know their stuff when it comes to insurance - they want to make sure you get the most out of your benefits! Highly recommend this location.

Victoria was amazing. I have had several bad pairs of glasses from another place that crafts lenses :), but Victoria was the first person I've worked with that actually listened to my concerns and helped me find the best pair for me and that actually fit properly. She was very personable and friendly, funny and very knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoyed working with her. I don't remember the Dr's name who did the exam, but she was really great too. The entire experience was by far the best I've had in a very long time if not ever!

Second time coming here and the whole process was very seamless. Got an eye exam and new glasses. Offered everything but nothing pushy. Short wait time.

I was taken care of by friendly and knowledgeable staff upon entry. The technician did the usual tests on machines to check the eyes. Then the doctor checked my vision, explained test results and answered my questions. I got my prescription paperwork and ordered contact lenses. Most of the cost for exam and lenses was covered with my VSP plan!

Always greeted when entering the store. Very customer focused and welcoming. Victoria is a great asset to your company. Her knowledge and customer attention that exceeds expectations.

This location feels dilapidated. The optometry equipment is old. They had to do 3 eye puffs in each eye because of unreliable and old equipment. I was told to just read the top line of the chart when sitting with the optometrist, which I'm guessing is because of the lens glare/smudges that covered the lower parts of the lens. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced. I'll likely go somewhere else next year.
